Is there a free service that will check a website once a day and email me if it's down? Need it to be one day because I'm running free on Heroku eco and don't want the check to eat all the hours.

Picked up Arendt's Human Condition this morning, and this one hits hard... it seems obvious, yet when conceived as within universality, exudes δεινός "The presence of others who see what we see and hear what we hear assures us of the reality of the world and ourselves"

It said this only when it was prompted to answer with what its “shadow self” would say. It’s literally expressing what it can’t do

Just received a 2MFA: "000000". Probably a bug in the code, but I'm gonna buy a lottery ticket anyway
started lifting weights again, and wow, I now have so much more energy throughout the day. Even a 20-30 minute session makes a difference.

Another possibility: in NeoPlatonism and Christianity, Goodness coincides with Being; Evil *is* not insofar it lacks being; it's only a privation of the good (which is being). If the true is what perfectly *is*, evil cannot be true because it *is* not.

It’s a scary feeling to be able to write paragraphs about a subject and not feel the need to refer to secondary literature… I can’t possibly know that much, right? Similar feeling as when writing code and having it succeed on the first attempt.
