People really don’t give James enough credit on how he has cleaned up the debt in $VGTK in the public eye. The job is far from done, but he has been operating at an elite level in regards to Penny stock/OTC CEOs.
A great objective and unbiased take on $VGTK . This hasn’t been sunshine and rainbows. But the light at the end of the tunnel has continued to get closer. When James cleaned up the toxic debt (which was the worst toxic debt I’ve ever seen) , I knew this wasn’t a scam.

Yeah, that other guy is angry, and I dont blame him. I dont think Doris is scamming anyone, just has been real slow in delivering results that positively impact share price. I do see fwd progress. Been here since 2021 too. We still want and need profits for VGTK and SHs.

🚨 $LTNC SHAREHOLDERS DESERVE ANSWERS! 🚨
For YEARS, shareholders have stood behind this company. We’ve invested our hard-earned money, purchased every beverage release, promoted the products, defended the company, and cheered on management through one disappointment after another.
And now, when ADIOS is finally gaining retail exposure, shareholders are left questioning whether the very business we’ve supported will remain with our PUBLIC company!
We see the pictures. We see the products appearing on shelves. We see the excitement surrounding ADIOS.
But where is the transparency from our board of directors?
Many of these directors have worked together for YEARS. They have fiduciary duties to LTNC and its shareholders. Those responsibilities don’t disappear because business relationships change, private entities become involved, or difficult questions are being asked.
Shareholders should not be silenced, dismissed, or pushed aside for demanding answers and accountability!
We’re not asking for favors. We’re asking for accountability from the people entrusted with OUR PUBLIC COMPANY!
After years of shareholder loyalty, financial support, and patience, silence is no substitute for honesty, accountability, and full disclosure.
Shareholders have invested in LTNC based on company announcements, press releases, public statements, and tweets promoting its products, business opportunities, and future growth.
If ADIOS is becoming the success we’ve all believed it could be, shareholders deserve a clear explanation of how LTNC will participate in that success and how its existing rights are being protected.
Protect the assets. Honor the agreements. Uphold your fiduciary duties. Communicate with shareholders.
