ALT Kevin was found at the edge of the woods unconscious and rushed to the hospital. Skid and Pump snuck in, left a candy cane and a card on the bedside table, and immediately dove onto the bed to hug him. Even though Kevin acts annoyed, he's secretly so relieved and grateful that the kids are safe, he couldn't help but hug them back.

ALT Kevin asks what they're doing there. The kids explain that their parents brought them to the hospital after they were found. They spent the night there, and that morning, when they went to the Candy Club, they learned Kevin wasn't there. Hearing he was at the hospital, Skid begged his mom to take them to visit him. They even made him a candy can and get-well card as a gift. Kevin thanks them, but he’s interrupted by someone entering the room. He looks up to see Lila and Jaune standing by the foot of the bed, glaring at him.
