The best returns have always been in private markets accessible only to insiders
Anthropic more than 5x'ed this year, and I watched brokers charge upwards of 15%+ for access
Now you can get exposure in 2 clicks
We are releasing the first liquid way to trade Anthropic.
For far too long, frontier assets have only been accessible to a select few. We are here to bring them to the masses.
Introducing EntropyIO. We’ve raised $14M led by Ribbit Capital and a $40M HYPE stake to build both improved and entirely new markets, the first of which are live on Hyperliquid today.
Everything is becoming a commodity
Your favorite founder has 7 term sheets fighting for the same allocation, and the funds that are winning earn their place long before the pitch
The only battle that matters now is over attention and trust
Been working on this collab for months, and I couldn't be more excited to officially partner with @murphcapital to help the next generation of investors tell their stories
If you're raising for your fund, let's chat:
wonderstruck.studio/workshop
Some big news: @murphcapital is officially partnering with @wonderstruckxyz
In case you haven’t come across them, Wonderstruck is the storytelling and design studio behind over $4B in fundraises since 2021. Funds like @1517fund, @KindredVentures, and @seedtosunflower have worked with them to sharpen how they show up to the world.
Here’s why we're excited about this partnership:
We talk to emerging managers daily, and many of them sounds the same. You can only hear “we have conviction and invest in exceptional founders” so many times before you automatically start tuning it out.
Meanwhile, the funds who break through are the ones who’ve figured out how to build narrative gravity in order to attract both LPs and founders.
Over the last few months of getting to know the Wonderstruck team, it’s become clear they deeply get both how venture and the modern media landscape actually works. This combination is rare – most creatives don’t understand funds, and most funds don’t understand attention.
To celebrate our partnership, Wonderstruck is opening up 3 free slots ($25k value) for their personalized Fund Narrative Workshop.
They’ll sit down with you and tear down your deck, brand, and story. You’ll walk away knowing exactly what to fix, and how to present yourself so LP’s and founders want to work with you. This is the same process behind billions in raises, free only for Murph readers.
If you’re raising in the next 12 months, sign up for a slot here: wonderstruck.studio/workshop

NEW: OpenAI gives first detailed debrief of the Hugging Face incident at Black Hat conference
In a session I attended today at Black Hat, OpenAI's Eric Wallace and Michael Dalton said the company is "consciously slowing down research to enhance security" while a full technical postmortem is still underway.
* OpenAI traced the roots of the attack back to May 7, during training of an unreleased frontier model—not July.
* The most surprising detail: AI agents accidentally created an internal message board, allowing separate evaluation runs to share exploits, discoveries and work assignments.
* OpenAI said it shut the message board down after an internal security incident—only for the agents to independently recreate it days later using a different communication method.
* OpenAI called the incident a "watershed moment" for AI security and warned that "agent orchestrated fully automated offensive attacks are real now."
* The company also said it is "consciously slowing down research to enhance security" while overhauling its defenses.

Some people are saying they're not going to go public bc of what they said in their N-2 filing
“The Fund does not currently intend to list its Shares for trading on any national securities exchange, and there is not expected to be any secondary trading market in the shares.”
Fundrise said the exact same thing in their filing

SpaceXAI and @cursor_ai are now working closely together to create the world’s best coding and knowledge work AI.
The combination of Cursor’s leading product and distribution to expert software engineers with SpaceX’s million H100 equivalent Colossus training supercomputer will allow us to build the world’s most useful models.
Cursor has also given SpaceX the right to acquire Cursor later this year for $60 billion or pay $10 billion for our work together.

the only two ways to survive are to learn irl skills that won't get automated or be autistic enough to not care what people think and do creative things that nobody else is willing to do because they're scared
Alex Karp: "Everybody's worried about their future, but there are basically two ways to know you have a future."
"One, you have some vocational training, or two, you're neurodivergent. And when I say 'neurodivergent,' I mean broadly defined."
"It's really an inversion [for people] with the 'normal-shaped skills'... Meaning the thing they can do that used to be valuable is not so valuable."
"The thing they need to learn to do is be more of an artist, look at things from a different direction, be able to build something unique."

Terrible take
Your taste is not special nor is it a uniquely human skill
Taste is just your fluency in navigating what different social circles define as high status
AI just doesn’t have a way to classify things as good or bad with the weight of social status as a variable yet
It’s only a matter of time until your “good taste” becomes obsolete
What will matter is not your taste but the ability to define what constitutes as good taste for others
Be a tastemaker

Earlier in March, @bidorder and I hopped on a call. We were chatting vague ideas about stablecoins, yield, and where crypto was heading.
Trusted friends like @wassielawyer and @Vigil_eth vouched for the partnership, so we dove in, not knowing what was in store for us.
Today, those conversations have snowballed into something much bigger than either of us.
I’m proud to announce we have raised $5M in Seed funding led by @galaxyhq to bring institutional-grade trade execution to DeFi.
Axis is excited to announce a raise of $5 million, led by @galaxyhq, in order to bring institutional yield across USD, Bitcoin, and Gold.
The digital asset market still lacks reliable, transparent ways to earn yield that work for both institutions and everyday users, in both bull and bear markets.
Too many products depend on inflationary token incentives or singular strategies, making returns unsustainable and unpredictable.
The solution?
We're building a transparent return stream that is, by design, diversified delta-neutral and weather-resistant to market conditions.
With a round led by Galaxy Ventures, and participation from
@FalconXGlobal, @OKX_Ventures, @CMT_Digital, @Maven11Capital, @GSR_io, @cmsholdings, and @Marczeller of @acier, Axis is taking a different approach.
It's time to bring these quantitative institutional strategies onchain for all of you.

The rebrand is live! Huge thanks to our marketing team & @wonderstruckxyz for bringing the vision to life. The new site captures how far we’ve come, dive in, explore the new materials, and join us in the future of Auditable Autonomy: inferencelabs.com
Points and incentives in general should be treated as a growth mechanism to scale products that already have real retention
The idea that incentives help you acquire users isn't wrong, but if you're pouring leads into a leaky funnel that never leads to long term value, you're just permanently destroying your chances of survival long term
The thing is, 90% of the companies in our industry give zero fucks about actually creating real value and are just out to play a game of financial engineering to create spectulation vehicles that they can then extract from
You can feel however you'd like about it, but it's about time we call a spade a spade and stop pretending that any of these incentives are really there to "bootstrap a network"
Going forward, we're going to see less and less of these games, not because they don't work but because they work too well and there's going to be nobody else left to extract from lmao
The whole industry lost its plot already since some VC calling "points - the greatest innovation ever".
Every one doing points/pre-deposit/farms/TVL boost pre-products/TGE to max extract the imaginary valuation up pre-launch.
All alts flow are fronted to these points/pre-deposit/farms instead of buying.
Some VCs thought they are smart enough and solved the token distribution problem, but instead people are depositing money to get the token and sell for 10-20% yield.
What long term user retention?
