Let’s not kid ourselves. The platform formerly known as Twitter is on the back half of the hill. To millions around the world, this is devastating in real sense from emergency communication to activist sandbox.
For me, it’s just sad. Twitter is a real part of my life.
LA: if you need sandbags for #Hilary get them today.
Also: remember to get batteries, candles and water. This is one natural disaster you can at least partially prepare for.

It’s funny, I don’t use hashtags all that much anymore, my use of Twitter has changed. I think that was the beauty of Twitter, it’s malleability. It could be used how you wanted. And that was actually its downfall too, wasn’t it?
