NonKYC has said it keeps an insurance fund for situations like this, and we call upon them to use it to make affected users whole.
Claims by NonKYC that we sat on the bug for days are false. Our position is that exchanges are responsible for safeguarding the funds their customers deposit, and we don’t believe customers should carry the cost of an exchange’s operational issues.

It has no affiliation with Tari, and the Tari project has no control over its operations or the funds it holds for its customers. The bug NonKYC points to was handled with expedited care. this, and we call upon them to use it to make affected users whole.
