We are coming up on what would be my dads 71st birthday here in a couple days. On November 16, 2020 this was his last Facebook post prior to passing unexpectedly just 12 days later. He’s heavily on my heart today. He always had simple answers for me when I had complex questions.

‘Why didn’t he just call me?’ 😂
‘I couldn’t find anything that says I’m ineligible.’ 😂
Steph Butcher would have been a real winner!
‘Tarr’s eliminated all competition!’
You mean the people who didn’t live in his district or aren’t eligible to serve? 😂 Hysterical.

These guys definitely put the hours in the gym and deserve every acknowledgment they receive. Both are team focused, self drive and truly love the game and most importantly are great young men off the court and excellent students in the classroom. Proud of you both. #BiggerThanMe

RESPONDING TO MISTAKES
"I'm letting the team down because I turned the ball over ... missed a shot ... blew a defensive assignment. No, you're letting the team down when it parlays into 4 or 5 possessions after that.
Pick yourself up... You're playing a game that's imperfect."
Received great feedback on 2028 wv top CG @MydanOglesby this weekend from the staff of UC. Grateful for his opportunity to compete at their Elite camp and showcase his skill set. Definitely a player coaches have been calling and checking in on with an incredibly high ceiling.
Had a great day on sunday at the @UCWV_MBB camp! Would like to thank @CoachJamesLong @CoachPSturm for the camp and then the visit around the camp afterwards!

For many high school students, finding their place can be one of the biggest challenges of those four years. At Winfield High School, the marching band has become that place for many students. wchstv.com/news/local/more-t…
