I’m sending a sledgehammer message to shipping companies whose tankers are transporting illegal Russian diesel to our ports. Reverse course while there’s still time.

If you deliver diesel you’ll be violating a very explicit statute passed in 2022 forbidding imports of Russian fuel. No President can unilaterally override a statute.

“When will the war in Iran end? Whenever I want it to end." So much for the legal fiction that it isn’t a war.
U.S. law and the Constitution prohibit the Executive branch from fighting a war that isn’t declared or authorized by Congress.

Two days ago I posted that Anthropic owes SpaceXAI up to $120.5 billion for compute, about $3.1 billion a month.
Now Anthropic has filed to go public on Nasdaq under ANT. JPMorgan is leading, with a reported 15 to 20% set aside for retail buyers.
So part of that compute bill could end up funded by regular investors' 401(k)s. Buying the IPO is a bet on AI, but it's also a bet on one of Elon's biggest customers.
Would you buy in at a $1.5 trillion valuation?er

How are you going to do that from a jail cell? Dude, if I were you, I’d keep a very low profile. You allegedly committed election fraud and that’s not a good look, even for a hypocrite like you. On the plus side, you’ll be the “belle of the ball” in your cell block.

NEW: The Trump administration is trying to use the authority of the executive branch to illegally engage in politics and tip the scales for preferred states and candidates, in violation of the Hatch Act.
Here's how CREW is demanding accountability.

Here’s what I’ve always stood for. Too bad all of the Republican leaders in the swamp betrayed these principles just to satisfy corporate and foreign lobbies. A lot of Republican congressmen who followed them off the cliff are probably regretting their decisions right about now.

This chart is insane. This shows Russia's casualties over time compared to Russia's territorial gains in Ukraine over the last five years.
No sane or rational person would say continuing the war to try and take more of Ukraine's territory is worth the casualties.

Prosperity and peace are imminently attainable for everyone in this country. We need merely to transcend the parties that keep us fighting each other, throw off the corporate and foreign influence on our government, and return to the principles laid out in our Constitution.
During the January 6th attack on the nation's Capitol, Daniel Rodriguez drove a stun gun into the neck of Officer Mike Fanone. He was knocked unconscious, had a heart attack and suffered a traumatic brain injury. It ended his career.
Rodriguez got over 12 years in prison for his assault on police. On day one, Donald Trump gave him a "full, complete and unconditional pardon" and sent him home.
This is far and away the most corrupt White House in American history.

If you haven’t watched this yet please do.
I don’t care if you are Republican or Democrat, if this doesn’t move you to vote against the current state of affairs nothing will.
Our grandchildren will watch this clip in history class, to better understand the political climate during Trumpism.

I believe this will be considered one of the most important videos in US history from this time.
