Yesterday I finally managed to work a few stations off the moon on 10Ghz. I still have a few teething issues to work through and hopefully some of these might get resolved this week. I couldn’t have done this project without the help of @CarstenGrn1 @n1av_ @KG0D_Dave @KM0T_ @K6EWN and a few others. Thank you guys for all the help and encouragement. Up next 2304 and 5760.. is there no end to this madness :)
Spent some time getting the 10GHz Amplifier going today and seeing 72 watts out. I still have some work to do before it can be installed on the hill. Hopefully it will be up and running on the hill by end of day, Friday!
With Jon K6EWN’s help the 10GHz 1.8m dish is up. Next is installing the electronics and the cabling.

Visiting #wrtc2026 and went to Bletchley Park, home of the Code Breakers and now the Nation Radio Center. Last visit was 20 years ago…. What a great trip.
Nice to get First place… unfortunately no one else submitted for this category so it was a one horse race so to speak.
Laptop battery successfully replaced. Laptop is something like 3 years old. Modern gadgets not as good as the old gadgets. They seemed to last forever.
Well the recent snow was too much for my 3.7m dish I used on 902 and 1296 so I am QRT for the time being. I will put a 1296 feed back in the 3m dish so service will resume in the summer.
