I'd say 8.75 :)
However - I would say the importance of level of grit and determination they show in that game, whatever the outcome, I would rate a 10.
Congratulations Erik!!! How good that you're still able to live and breathe basketball! I'm glad Phoenix Suns Now is continuing too!

Could getting a cold/flu be less likely by changing some daily habits? Not even big, wild things like taking expensive supplements or doing ice baths... But simple things you may not have realised are linked?

Being sick sucks. When you're well, you forget & go about your days in ignorance... But when you're sick with a cold/flu, you just wondering "this is so awful, what can I do to prevent this happening again?".

I've been striving to exercise not just to get fit but for the longer term implications too. As incredible as technology and scientific advancements are, sometimes the most effective thing is just putting in the work 🏋️
Halving your risk of cardiovascular disease, reducing your risk of cancer, reducing your risk of metabolic disorders like diabetes, or respiratory conditions like COPD... Exercise does it all.

It is insane how much exercise actually changes you - beyond the obvious things everyone knows about! Tech can now help you monitor and see some of this change too where previously it would have been entirely invisible to the regular person.
Don’t skip this one... The changes your body goes through when exercising are genuinely much larger and more all-encompassing than you’d expect!

Seriously impressed with how fast you moved to get a YouTube channel going. Nicely done Erik! You'll definitely be missed on the PHNX Suns podcast but I'm excited to see you grow beyond it.
Mentra is moving away from Cloud to a new SDK that runs locally (a great idea) but it will mean we'd need a bit of spare time to port the idea across! I might try to port it across on an upcoming Dev Diner stream...
It was all born from me needing to keep track of chat and respond hands-free now that we've got a tiny daughter running around who likes to try to contribute to Twitch chat on my keyboard 😅
How quickly things move in emerging tech!
We just deleted our Livestream HUD @MentraGlass app that provided real time Twitch chat and speech-to-text capabilities for posting in chat on my Even Realities smart glasses.
THE DAY HAS COME! Let's celebrate @meriamber's Streamversary together in a few hours!!! 🥳
It's STREAMVERSARY DAY!
I'll be live on Twitch very soon & hope to see you there 🧡
P.S. If you're @JeffBezos, @MrBeast or insane, today would be a great day to get an Impossible Year 😋 meriamber.square.site/produc…
Alternatively... Come by and get a Meowi squishface for 100 bits!
Ergh... Several years later and the @Suns actually do it. So gross and disappointing to hear Miles Bridges is on the Suns now.
There's more I'm eager to do with SydAR... I finish each meetup seeing so much I want to adjust, tidy up, change & expand - but for now, it's nice to look back and be proud of how far we've come 🙏
Thank you to each and every one of you who make SydAR the community it is today.
The Sydney AR community inspire me every single #SydAR. People are doing incredible things and are so open to sharing their experiences. After returning from #AWE2026 and being blown away by their amazing international community, it's nice to see Sydney holds its own 😊

Last week was a dream come true, as we attended our first ever AWE event, AWE USA 2026. Augmented World Expo is the biggest event of its kind, featuring all the magic and wonder of the mixed reality world.

Record numbers have RSVPed for SydAR this Wednesday!!! We've hit our limit and are building up the waitlist 😅
We're in need of support in one particular area at the moment... food and drinks!
If you're reading this... can your company help us and become a sponsor of SydAR?
I'll be live at 7pm Sydney time for a delayed BIRTHDAY STREAM on @DevDiner!!! That's in about 1.5 hours! It's all happening here - twitch.tv/devdiner

Community is essential. Feeling that sense of belonging, being with your "tribe"... it's so important. We're honoured that we get to organise one very special community here in Sydney - #SydAR
