Illinois reelected @GovPritzker to an third term. This man's policies are un-Christian and opposed to goodness, truth, and beauty.
We prayed that the Lord would not allow him to be reelected, and the Lord said "No." So here's what we're praying now.
If we're going to be ruled by a wicked man, then may God use his evil for good. We're asking God to make Illinois an unprecedented powerhouse of robust, Christian apologetics. Crucibles of opposition make for powerful forges of biblical faith.
Expect to see a generation of young men coming up who are totally unafraid of opposition, willing to defend the absolute truth of the biblical worldview and ethic against all ungodly, worldly, woke messaging.
May Christ be glorified in Illinois, and may the work of Satan be frustrated.
Soli Deo Gloria!

If atheistic materialism is true, what's the difference between a true belief and a false one?
Both are just physical brain states.
I challenged an atheist to account for truth within his worldview.
If our beliefs are ultimately just matter in motion, what makes one brain state TRUE and another FALSE?
This is a much bigger problem for atheism than many people realize.
Thanks Bro!
Appreciated this case for the Trinity from @JoelSettecase of @theThinkInst

What happens when an atheist says nobody can know reason works, then trusts his own reasoning to prove it?
For the record, this is cool.

All students and faculty wear their academic robes for Disputatio. Beyond being a long-standing tradition at liberal arts colleges, the aesthetic communicates the scholarly gravity of the matters under discussion.
The robes serve as a reminder that our institution is part of something much older and greater than ourselves. It also serves to communicate that the pursuit of wisdom demands reverence, humility, and intellectual seriousness.
The aesthetics that surrounds education ought to demonstrate what we believe education is for.
Thank you for asking.
"Can I be a Christian without repenting of my homosexuality?"
This question gets to the heart of what it means to follow Jesus Christ.
The Church is not called to affirm people in their sins. It is called to proclaim forgiveness and new life through repentance and faith in Christ.
And that standard applies to EVERY sinner.
Here's how I answered a skeptic who challenged me on this.

People love to say "But what did the earliest Christians believe?"
Well, the earliest Christians are the apostles, and we find out what they believed by reading the New Testament.

More evidence for dinosaur blood found! This evidence, including original heme molecules, eliminates excuses, says a team publishing in PNAS, a major journal. So will the Darwinians repent and abandon Deep Time? Read their reactions:

Thanks @Not_the_Bee for reporting on this.
Skeptics often demand eyewitness testimony from someone who didn't believe in Jesus. This is, of course, a strange request. However, it seems like we might have it after all, in the writings of a First-Century Historian. Check it out:
