Tech deserves some swag.
There’s no digestible form of tech media aimed directly at a Gen Z audience.
That’s why we came together to make The Cap Table, a bi-weekly talk show that will dive into tech, AI, startups, and everything in between.
Episode 1 out now. Link in bio.
Bad news tends to drop when the market closes.📉 Good news tends to land right before it opens. 📈
Hyperliquid fixes that. It’s a platform where you can trade 24/7.
That’s how @notthreadguy made a big trade: he was able to buy oil DURING the weekend of the attacks, while traditional markets were closed. 🛢️
.@notthreadguy’s last in-person interview was with Andrew Tate, in Romania. 🇷🇴
So how did Twitter Spaces lead him there?
His first in-person interview was with Jeff Staple, founder of the streetwear brand Staple Pigeon. It snowballed from there into a few years of doing nothing but in-person interviews. 🎙️
From a Twitter Space to sitting across from Andrew Tate. 📈
.@notthreadguy on how he handles the dreaded question: “What should I invest in?” 💸
As his reputation and credibility grew in crypto, friends started coming to him for picks. It made sense, since he knew the market.
But he quickly saw the problem. Telling people what to do with their money is a slippery slope. When they win, they think they’re a genius. When they lose, he’s the asshole. 📉
There’s no upside to being the guy who calls the shots on someone else’s money. 🎯
.@notthreadguy’s first job in crypto, and he had NO idea what DeFi was. 🤯
Flowty gave him his start by letting him write Substacks about DeFi, and his dad’s expertise in the market helped him learn the rest. ✍️
Proof you don’t need to know it all on day one, just a place to start and people to learn from. 🚀
Traders are the new celebrities! 📈
@notthreadguy on why TJR blew up: he's selling the glamorous life and the skill behind it. Trading.
It gives young people real hope because it's a tangible skill anyone can learn, not an innate trait that only favors the fortunate. 🎯
.@notthreadguy's first entrepreneurial endeavors, like many other founders on the podcast, started with sneaker reselling.
He mentions how being in the sneaker game revealed the potential for internet money, especially for young entrepreneurs.
This eventually snowballed into trading sports cards, then into NFTs, and ultimately into crypto.

Closer look from the social cards I did for @thecaptabletv
we’re going through our glow up arc 🤩 shoutout to @moizasifff if you need a cracked designer, he’s your guy ‼️
Just rebranded @thecaptabletv.
The Cap Table is a tech show hosted by @ericcouu, @jadenarthurgray and @sexyishaan.
In 30 episodes they've interviewed a 15-year-old making $90K a month from apps, Yale students who raised $5.1M, and the president of Shopify, @cluely, @sideshift_app and many more founders.
A lot of their guests and viewers are my age, so the brand had to feel fun and Gen Z while still being a tech show.

I spent almost 2 days making this trailer for @thecaptabletv
They loved it, and it’s already helping with watch time.
what would you rate it out of 10?
To close out the episode, @EvanYadegari and @timmymckeegan left us with two pieces of advice every young founder needs to hear.
Timmy : passion and desire aren't optional extras. If you're genuinely excited to work on something, that's your green light. Go for it.
Evan : don't chase the hype of "this is my escape, I'm about to make millions online." Chase the question "how am I going to LEARN?" Take on the ambitious thing, throw yourself in, and you'll walk away knowing more than any shortcut could ever teach you.
Learn first. Earn later. The money follows the skill, never the other way around. 🚀
How does @10x_apps differ from other app building tools?
@timmymckeegan believes their app can do a lot better
"output-wise", having faster output and doing it significantly cheaper.
He believes the current other products for app building only focus on one part of the app building lifecycle. They're essentially a one trick pony, building the app and publishing it.
However, 10x is used as a universal tool, building, scaling, and eventually publishing.

How is it going to school with Ai?
@EvanYadegari explains the typical roadmap of students currently attending school.
Receive an assignment, ChatGPT it, study the day before a test, forget everything after the test
He says, the "school system is ineffective", but Ai can also be beneficial if used correctly.
His friends didn't support him building his business ?!
@EvanYadegari is a great example of "be careful who you hang out with"
His friends did eventually come around and realize how well Evan was doing, even trying 10x themselves to build apps.
What were you doing at 15 years old?
What's the future of @10x_apps ?
@EvanYadegari says they're trying to master the app space but eventually expand into multiple domains.
10x could also be the main source for building content, marketing software products to the best of their ability. There are lots of different niches that 10x is looking to get into
How did @timmymckeegan get so technical at the age of only 16?!
He goes into his background , being introduced to coding at 9 years old.
@EvanYadegari also goes into his background, being inspired by his father who was an entrepreneur
What is @10x_apps ?
@EvanYadegari and @timmymckeegan explains how 10x differs from other vibe coding apps.
From being full stack, incorporating a full marketing system with UGC, to ads as well

Is multiple 5 figs a month at 15 y/o still impressive?
.@EvanYadegari is 15 years old.
yes, 15.
he started building apps at 9, spending years shipping projects when most kids are still drinking formula milk.
he eventually founded his first real breakout with Evan Club, a gaming site that reached 500K+ users and made him his first real money online.
since then, he’s built an AI homework app, a self-improvement app, and a handful of other projects along the way.
now he’s taking his biggest swing yet with @10x_apps, an AI app builder that lets anyone build, launch, and market a mobile app from a prompt.
we sat down with Evan and @timmymckeegan, the CTO and so called "unc" of the 10x crew (he's 16 btw), to talk about what it's like building a company at an age when most of your peers are still trying to get their driver’s permit.
