Remember: It’s okay to buy more books. It’s okay to get more books from the library. It’s okay to buy books you won’t read for years. It’s okay to pile books everywhere. It’s okay to get different editions of the same book. Books are awesome. Do whatever makes you happy.

If you like introducing poems with quotes, we advise against it. It's impossible for a small publisher to get the rights. Large publishers don't want the hassle. From a craft perspective, if you need quotes to set the tone or give context, the poem likely needs to be rewritten

Thanks. The monsters and goings-on is there but I try to focus on the human angle to it--how it affects those involved and their own personal hang-ups and struggles.

It focuses on 3 teams and each release will be a team: Berger's stories, Talise's and Riker's. It culminate's in a finale where they all unite to try to stop something that is accidentally woken up 😈 I even have a website devoted to it: projectthreshold.com/

I'm honored to have won the Stoker Award for Superior Achievement in an Anthology for Screams From the Dark. Thanks to my contributors, to Fritz Foy who acquired the book & to @_kristintemple, my in-house editor. And to everyone in @HorrorWriters who supported it.
