Official Karnataka crackers rule says you can burst from 8 to 10pm. Supported by the Supreme Court. So if you have any annoying neighbours bursting bombs in the morning, give them a warning and if they donโ€™t stop, call the police. Happy noise-free, cracker free Diwali!
