I think apps like @Ontraport have predatory and scampish models over operating their subscriptions. Here’s why:
What @Ontraport policy does is to suspend your account by making your data and their dashboard inaccessible whilst still charging you the subscription as per normal. Unless you pay to pause ($10) they will continue to charge with no access. This is a predatory practice. A scam.
There’s no email notifications or invoices from @Ontraport to bring transparency to the situation. These practices are ancient and considered what is dark design.
