I also did quite a bit of fanboy-ing during the podcast regarding @christinelove 's game Digital: A Love Story which inspired me to create a visual novel. 😃

Day 12 #loveindies – I reviewed The Mind’s Eclipse (@themindseclipse). Somewhere between an adventure game and visual novel, it’s a game that gives you a lot of information and context, leaving you to learn about the world using what you find. store.steampowered.com/app/6…

No spoilers here. I was blown away by the art and writing in this game. I streamed this (a whooole lot of reading), and it was well worth reading all the emails, posters, little notes, etc. The writing does a good job of unfolding in a way that the twists catch you off guard, while staying true to the themes and conventions of the genre(s).
