The film features real people affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D) and captures the relentless nature of living with T1D and the hundreds of extra decisions made each day.

Mary Elizabeth Armstrong (18) and sister Margaret (21) were born almost exactly 3 years apart.
They died on exactly the same day because police and courts failed them.
Worse, they've been forgotten.
