Yesterday and today I heard two senior people I hold in high regard discuss constant readiness because the future is uncertain. Both stated that “opportunities have to meet you prepared.” LUCK = PREPARATION + OPPORTUNITY

We all know the reason why we don’t see too many NDC posters in Lagos and other places. Instead of asking mumu questions, use that energy to talk to other people about your candidate and why they should vote him. You people can pretend for Africa man

Watch: President Tinubu believes he has been granted wisdom to continue to serve Nigeria after visiting the Holy mosque in Makkah. He said this in an interview with our state house correspondent, Musbau Dan-Wahab shortly after returning from his historic entry into stone building called Ka’aba.

How do I get into Marketing/Advertising the agency way. Here are places you can actually skill up but you need to know where your heart is? Brand, Design, Copy or Strategy. 1. 02 Academy Lagos. Their training is usually for 3 months and it’s approx 450k thereabout. Very much worth it. Covers all 4 core areas of marketing & advertising. 02academylagos.com/ 2. 42 courses by Cannes Lions. There are like free sample courses but with about $110 dollars max, you should get a full on course with a mini MBA. 42courses.com/ N.B You can also check out Lions Learning. There should be some other courses somewhere 3. If you think strategy is your thing. Here is how I know you can get started for FREE. Visit this YouTube channel and watch all the videos there from top to bottom. youtube.com/@strategyhour?si… 4. I also have a free drive link to copywriting resources. One of my seniors who is a creative director shared this with me and I’ve held them dear to my heart. drive.google.com/file/d/10vA… drive.google.com/file/d/10oC… 5. If you want to get started with social media management/community management. Join my waitlist for the January 2027 cohort. In most agencies you do content/community management and a few others just community management but what you learn in my cohort can be very much applied across industries. bit.ly/janinterestform27

It depends on who you're hiring and the nature of the role. 🧵 I once worked with an international company where I often found myself working until 11 PM or even 1 AM due to the time zone difference and the need to align with the team's working hours. During a 12-month contract, I produced between 10 and 30 designs daily. My productivity led the company to extend my contract by an additional two months.

Taking a gamble on someone by hiring them, then watching them turn out to become a rockstar is one of the top two feelings an entrepreneur can have and it’s not number two.

Peter Obi at College of Nursing, Mbano, Imo State. Obi is the Patron Saint of Nurses. Happiness overload for the students who are always glad to receive Obi as he donates regularly to the institution. All healthcare workers should vote NDC and Peter Obi if they want to enjoy.

I repeat Lagos is not Nigeria.... And even 2023 has proven that Lagos is very defeatable. You can tell me that Peter Obi is not loved. This is pure love
Peter Obi went for Morning Mass and everywhere erupted. Joyous faces everywhere. That's a leader who inspire happiness and commands the respect of the people. No other politician can relate.

The current fight in Nigeria’s political space is between two ideologies. One group believes that the chaotic incompetence we see in Nigerian politics and governance today cannot be changed and must be adapted to. The other group disagrees.

Accountability is the foundation of good governance. Leaders must be willing to explain their decisions, account for public funds, and take responsibility for their actions. Public office is a responsibility, not a personal privilege. A government that is accountable to its people builds trust, promotes transparency, and delivers good results. Nigerians deserve leaders who serve with integrity, not those who evade responsibility. —— Dr BÓLÁJÍ MARIÊ ODÙSÍNÀ BMO

You can't support APC and not end up as a lunatic... If you have experienced 2023-2026 and it's time to vote in 2027 go ahead and lie to yourself and think you are foolish anybody
She has finally received the political education she has been waiting for! Watch how an NDC supporter, with style and precision, carefully breaks down Obi and the structure for an APC supporter. Sometimes, the best lesson comes from an unexpected teacher. Sit back and enjoy!

What i mean here is that... if you don't have a strong work ethics and willingness to work and in fact if the agency spirit is not in you either as a seed or as a life style you will thing any of this agencies are Toxic work place but I bet you nobody works at any of these agencies and is not respected include the young This & That.... the owner is a product of i think two of the agencies listed. So if you are not too tush and you rugged small but love to enjoy life by all means possible get in but if softlife is most important to you... save yourself and stay off All the best in what you decide
If you no get barrack energy no near oooooo.... They work fucking hard in all of this place and play X 10 harder... But you gatz work hard for the play time if not better just stay off

- How do you get in? Search for their leads on LinkedIn and pitch. - Leads include Creative Directors, Deputy Managers (strategy, copy, brand or design), Deputy Group head, Group head etc. - Plus this is a good time to pitch. End of the year means more briefs and people are also resigning. - Best of luck to y’all and be ready to work!!! Your work rate has to be insane.
