For those who LOVE CUPCAKE from the Disclosure Tonight Livestream, I want you to know... Cupcake's kidney failure has unfortunately lead to a serious complication, where she has lost coordination and balance. At 19 1/2 years old she's still with us, with an appetite and control of her faculties and not in pain, but can no longer stand or walk.
The road ahead is difficult as I called compassion4paws.com to come and help cupcake pass to her next incarnation Monday Morning. It's a wonderful service in the Seattle area that comes to ones home to assist with end of life decisions, like the one in front of me now. It's much better than going to the vet.
I want to personally THANK each and everyone of you that has expressed your LOVE for CUPCAKE. Times like these are never easy. With that being said... Losing a member of my family is VERY difficult and beyond the pain of losing someone, the absence of their presence can be overwhelming. I'll be back, not sure when...
Much LOVE everyone - Thomas & Cupcake

New Press Release from States of Jersey Police:
Police appeal for witnesses following drone reports near Jersey Airport
States of Jersey Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a multi-agency response to reports of multiple drones operating in the vicinity of Jersey Airport on the evening of Friday 30 October 2026.
The first report was received at approximately 8:20pm, with reported drone activity continuing until approximately 10.30pm.
The reports prompted an extensive response involving States of Jersey Police, the Honorary Police, Channel Islands Air Search, Government of Jersey colleagues and Ports of Jersey staff, with significant operational resources deployed throughout the evening to locate those responsible and protect aviation and public safety.
Officers and partner agencies carried out searches across several areas in the west of the Island. Despite the scale of the operation, no drone operator has yet been identified, and police enquiries are continuing.
The reported drone activity occurred within restricted airspace and active flight paths, resulting in significant disruption to airport operations and passengers.
Three inbound aircraft were initially diverted. One of the three was ultimately able to land safely in Jersey at around 11.45pm. Jersey airport stayed open to facilitate this.
Passengers experienced considerable delays and inconvenience while agencies worked to ensure the safety of aircraft, passengers and crew.
We should not underestimate the impact that this had on travelling passengers, staff at the airport and the wider community.
Witness appeal
Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was in the St Peter, La Pulente, Watersplash, El Tico, L'Etacq, Jubilee Hill or surrounding areas during the relevant period on Friday evening.
We want to hear from anyone who:
• saw a drone or drones operating in these areas;
• saw anyone who appeared to be operating a drone;
• noticed people or vehicles in unusual locations who may be connected to the activity; or
• has dashcam, CCTV, doorbell or mobile phone footage from the area which might assist the investigation.
We would also ask anyone who was operating a drone in or around these areas on Friday evening to contact police.
Even if you believe what you saw was insignificant, please let us know. A small piece of information, footage or an observation may help officers establish where the drones were being operated from and identify those responsible.
Anyone with information should contact States of Jersey Police on 612612, quoting reference M07922/2026.
Information can also be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or through its online form.
Drone safety
Operating a drone in restricted airspace around an airport without appropriate permission can put aircraft, passengers, crew and people on the ground at risk.
Drone users are responsible for understanding where they can fly and for complying with the relevant aviation rules and restrictions. In particular, drones should never be flown near aircraft or within restricted airport airspace without appropriate permission.

This is truly exciting. I've found some documents in the Government UFO Tranches that may eventually lead to confirming my Grandfather Tom Dalton-Morgan, a senior British RAF officer, served on a Top Secret Joint United States Airforce & British Royal Airforce Committee, that investigated UFOs in the late 1940s. We are talking about a real British UFO insider, who was unofficially awarded medals by US president Harry Truman, that I have in my possession. I have the receipts for everything and I believe this will end up being one of the biggest stories never told.
Attached are three documents from United States Airforce Intelligence based in Europe. The first is a memo on the 4th of November 1948, to General Charles P. Cabell, who was the Director of US Airforce Intelligence, Project Grudge and later became the Deputy Director of the CIA. The memo from US Airforce Intelligence in Europe to General Charles Cabell says…
"We now have one complete set of all reports prepared by Special Intelligence Organization of the European Command from it's conception to present date. We are forwarding these reports for your inspection and final disposition. We are of the opinion that inspection of these reports will lend weight to arguments for allocating Air Force funds to this organization. Advise caution in utilizing these reports as most of them were forwarded as received."
So this first document implies the United States Airforce Intelligence in Europe, is recommending to General Charles P. Cabell, that further support and funding be given to this suspected newly formed Special Intelligence Organisation in the European Command collecting UFO reports.
The second document appears to be one of these UFO reports from this Special Intelligence Organisation. There are also clearly 7 pages missing in between that and the first memo. But very interestingly the UFO report appears to be from Operation Dagger in September 1948, which coincidently, was the first major joint British Royal Airforce and United States Airforce Air defence exercise after WW2. I find it fascinating that the UFO report from this Special Intelligence Organisation, happens to be during a Joint Royal Airforce and United States Airforce exercise, when my grandfather claimed he served on a joint Royal Airforce and United States Airforce committee that investigated UFOs in the late 1940s.
In the third document the USAF European Intelligence is telling the Directorate of US Airforce Intelligence, which is run by General Charles P. Cabell under General Hoyt Vandenberg, that they "have been concerned by the recurring reports on flying saucers... They have been reported by so many sources and from such a variety of places that we are convinced that they cannot be disregarded and must be explained on some basis which is perhaps slightly beyond the scope of our present intelligence thinking. They also ask what are their thoughts that "these objects may originate from some previously unknown or unidentified technology, possibly outside the earth."
So what is this Special intelligence Organization based in the European Command investigating UFOs! Well now is where my grandfathers history may become extremely important in figuring this all out. On the 1st of November 1948 (see fourth document), just three days before this US Airforce memo was sent to General Charles Cabell. My Grandfather was assigned to an overseas Special Duties Posting by the British Air Ministry. He was sent to mainland Europe at Fontainebleu, France (See highlighted on his military record attached.) This posting was to the Western Union Defence Organization. In this special unit under Air Chief Marshall Robb, Tom participated in the formation and planning of what would later become known as NATO.
At the request of the Americans, Tom was drawing up air defence plans for Western Europe. The goal was to create a strategy for the defence of Western Europe against the growing Soviet threat, to prevent another Nazi Germany situation arising. Tom had access to a range of sensitive air intelligence. This included radar data, incident logs and reports. He also had to remain in close contact with the Military commanders, governing the allied occupation zones of West Germany. With the cold war in full flight, anything flagged as an unknown at that time was a potential Soviet threat. So UFO reports from Europe may have come across Tom’s desk, as part of the Western Union Defence Organisation threat scope.
But here is where things get intriguing. On his record at the Western Union Defence Organization, Tom is assigned to a mysterious Special Duties unit called ‘Miscellaneous 460’. Working with the British National Archives, we have been unable to determine what that allocation is. Was the Special Duties posting "Miscellaneous 460" on my grandfathers record, the Special Intelligence Organization based in Europe, that was referenced in the USAF Europe memo to General Charles Cabell?
The dates, location, posting and role all overlap with the documents, but we need more evidence. My grandfather told RAAF Senior Public Relations Officer and Assistant to the Air Chief of Staff, Ken Llewelyn, that he had served on a Top Secret Joint United States Airforce and Royal Airforce committee in the late 1940s. This was confirmed by Dr. David Clarke who interviewed my grandfather two years before he died. My grandfather wouldn’t name the committee or why he was on it, but stated that 3% of UFO sightings could not be explained. He went to the stars with his secrets.
However it would later come out after he died, that Tom had been the first British officer to be recruited as a secret Ghost Pilot for the United States 8th Airforce during WW2. He flew over 70 sorties during WW2 for the Americans under the aliases of US pilots that killed in action and swore to secrecy.
If the USAF was going to collaborate with the British on UFOs, they would have wanted men they could trust on a top-secret subject. Tom was that man. Tom had run joint covert missions with the USAF in the war and sworn to secrecy as a ghost pilot for the US 8th Air Force. He had credibility. He was also already cleared for accessing classified air intelligence. Throw in the fact that Tom was an aeronautical engineer, fighter pilot ace and Intelligence operations officer, and you have a strong candidate technically to assess UFOs.

🚨GERMAN GOVERNMENT ADMITS IT HAS NO DEDICATED UAP REPORTING SYSTEM AND NO PLANS TO CREATE ONE
The German government has responded to a parliamentary inquiry concerning UFOs and UAP, confirming that it has no dedicated reporting system, no standardized definitions, and no interdepartmental working group for investigating unidentified aerial phenomena.
The inquiry, submitted by members of the AfD parliamentary group, asked how Germany monitors unidentified objects, if it keeps records of UAP encounters, and how it coordinates with international partners.
According to the government's response, it has no information about UAP sightings over the past 10 years and no dedicated system for collecting reports.
Germany does operate airspace surveillance systems, combining data from military and civilian sensors, and has access to information from European and international partners.
So Germany has the technology to monitor its airspace, but no dedicated framework for documenting and investigating unidentified objects.
The government also confirmed that it regularly exchanges security related information with its international partners, but refused to discuss the details of those exchanges.
Despite the growing international attention surrounding UAP, Germany says it has no plans to revise its existing procedures.
I find that strange, especially when the United States has established AARO, France operates GEIPAN, and other countries have official systems for investigating UAP.
I'm not suggesting that Germany has secretly recovered alien craft or hiding evidence of E.T. activity, but surely unidentified objects entering national airspace should be documented and investigated, regardless of what they turn out to be?
If Germany doesn't have a dedicated reporting system or national statistics, how can it work out if unusual incidents are occurring repeatedly, or whether they are an aviation or national security issue?

Where Are the UAP Task Force Records?
Jay Stratton (@jaystratton), former Director of the Pentagon's Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF), led the very organization whose records remain the subject of serious transparency questions.
Stratton, in his recently released book "Out of the Shadows," does discuss some of the data that the UAPTF had collected over the years - but does not go into any substantial detail.
The Disclosure Foundation calls for a comprehensive accounting of UAPTF records and the release of all material that can lawfully be declassified, including the imagery described in the quote from Policy Brief No. 5: Concrete Next Steps for UAP Disclosure.

Security called me at 6:12 AM today.
"Patch every PHP server immediately."
I asked what happened.
"Two critical vulnerabilities. Remote code execution. No authentication required."
Cool.
How many PHP servers do we have?
According to inventory: 12
According to reality:
Nobody knows.
We found one running WordPress.
Three running old internal tools.
One under someone's desk.
Two inside vendor appliances.
A forgotten employee directory from 2016.
And a server named:
PHP-OLD-DO-NOT-TOUCH
Naturally, that one runs payroll exports.
Then we found a PHP 5.6 box.
I asked who owned it.
The documentation said:
BRIAN.
Brian left in 2019.
We called Brian.
He said:
"Oh wow, that's still running?"
Excellent.
By 8 AM, leadership joined the incident call.
CEO:
"Can hackers actually get in?"
Security:
"Potentially yes."
CEO:
"Without a password?"
Security:
"Yes."
CEO:
"Then why do WE need passwords?"
Not the lesson.
Finance asked if we could wait until the weekend to patch because downtime affects revenue.
Security explained that the alternative was letting strangers execute code on our servers.
Finance asked for a cost comparison.
At 9:17, someone suggested temporarily taking the vulnerable websites offline.
Marketing refused.
"Our campaign is live."
So for the next hour, the company officially decided maintaining a landing page for 20% off webinar registration was more important than preventing remote server takeover.
We finally patched everything we could find.
Then our scanner discovered another PHP server.
Hostname:
TEMP-PHP-2014
Uptime:
4,512 days.
Nobody knows what it does.
Nobody owns it.
Nobody can shut it down.
But every time we block network access, the warehouse stops printing shipping labels.
Security has classified it as critical infrastructure.
It is running PHP 5.4.
The vulnerability has existed longer than half our employees.
The emergency patch took four hours.
Finding out what PHP actually runs took eleven.
The internet isn't held together with code.
It's held together with servers everyone is afraid to turn off.

The UAP’s flight path also rules out an artifact:
