I agree. WordPress may lose some one-pagers, but for sites with listings or a blog, there's a backend people already know how to use. AI makes it easier to add what the business needs without rebuilding everything WordPress already handles.
AI might be the best thing that ever happened to WordPress. Think about it. WordPress already lets you build almost anything. Now you have AI to help you write custom code, build features, fix bugs and do things you would have spent hours figuring out. And you still have the freedom to build things your way. Other CMS platforms have been selling ease of use as their biggest advantage for years. WordPress is getting easier to work with without losing what makes it powerful. I hope you people are seeing what I’m seeing. WordPress developers who learn to use AI properly are going to have a lot of fun. This combination is actually crazy.

The part of a website project I’m especially curious about is what happens after someone hits submit. Who gets it? Where does it go? Does somebody have to remember to do something with it? There can be a surprising amount of work hiding behind one little form.

I think a lot of business owners hear "custom development" and picture a huge, expensive project. Sometimes it’s a small fix so the tools you already pay for work together and someone can stop copying everything over by hand.

Say a website inquiry has to be copied into your CRM, then emailed to whoever handles the job. A connector might handle that. If your process needs something it can’t do, a little custom code can fill the gap. Either way, you don’t have to replace the whole system.

📷 We recently worked with Canvas2Frame to bring their idea online. Their simplified Canvas 2 Frame frames allow customers the ability to change outdated pictures over time with ease. Take a look at the website we put together for them: canvas2frame.com/

99.99% of people know about ChatGPT, but only 0.01% know how to use it correctly. I have spent 1,000 hours studying AI so YOU don’t have to. Here are the best uses I found:
