Random Question… the backstory… I took my Nissan ilto the Ford/Nissan dealership to have the airbag clockspring replaced, (took two tries because they ordered the wrong part the first time) but after they were done the heated feature in the steering wheel no longer works…

it worked before… and I took it back thinking they just missed something… Not so easy… they would have to replace the steering wheel itself to make it warm up again. They declined that option. Question… are they responsible for the heat feature working??? I really miss it!
