This is a Roshel Senator-style armoured vehicle, built in Brampton, Ontario. ICE placed an expedited order with Roshel last November for a fleet of 20 such vehicles.
It is unclear who is operating this particular vehicle (i.e. ICE, the National Guard, etc). What is clear is that this vehicle - which is subject to Canada's arms export legislation - is now on the streets of Minneapolis, being used amid ICE's widespread human rights violations.

I took this footage when I was about 13. What you’re seeing is Jewish American tourists parading around our house like it’s a zoo, gloating about stealing it, harassing us and hurling insults. This is some of what we are protesting when we protest land theft events at Yeshivas.

This event is co-hosted by @UofTStudentLife, while UofT ignores the concerns of its own students and continues to invest in and maintain relationships with weapons companies and institutions implicated in the destruction of every single university in Gaza.
@prattandwhitney engines power almost every single warplane that has bombed hundreds of Palestinian university professors and tens of thousands of students.

President Trump has basically declared his intention to commit the int'l crime of forced displacement and resort to unlawful use of force against the Palestinian people and their right to self-determination, in violation of the UN Charter - amounting to aggression.
The 191 members of the UN who still have an interest in protecting themselves from this madness, better recover from their paralysis and stand united against this imperialist lawlessness.
PS: In any case, this plan won't work. How do I know? 76 years of failed attempts by Israel, including 16 months of genocidal assault. Indigenous people do not leave their land.
