I am generally a very quiet person. I am reserved, keep to myself, and am not known to be very opinionated. Conflict? Hate it, avoid it at all costs. That is who I am, and it is how I have been handling the current situation. However, over the past few days I have been finding...

There are only 50 days left until Election Day. And there's too much at stake to sit this one out.
So get involved in any way you can. Knock on doors or make phone calls for the Harris-Walz campaign. Talk to your friends, family, and neighbors about why it’s important to vote in this election. And make sure you’re registered and ready to vote by going to IWillVote.com/Obama.
Because if we work like we’ve never worked before, we will elect @KamalaHarris as our next President and @Tim_Walz as our next Vice President. And together, we will build a better future.

Love it when the @Olympics and @ECGreenway worlds collide: Huge thanks to Olympian @tiernan_patrick, #TeamUSA marathon trials champ Fiona O'Keeffe and the @PUMAElite_ crew for sharing their morning on the Greenway!
Awesome content from @mpmclaurin and @jmotterimages en route.

Very good race today for Pat Tiernan of @PUMAElite_ at #BAAHalf. He broke away from the main chase pack and powered to second place alone in 61:56 in near-freezing comditions (cc: @AthsAust)

Sports Integrity Australia have a lot to answer for. So far all our requests to have an open dialogue with them have been meet with silence. To say we are frustrated is an understatement.

Gonna stick up for Hassan here, he has been retired for months. Has had a clean test since & ten clean years in the testing pool. He has zero interest in returning to the sport to race. Fault was not informing USADA of his retirement sooner. Tough way to watch a good guy go out.

And there you go. Clean Sport is as important to me as anyone else but damn, can we take a breath before we crucify an athlete who made a *HARMLESS* mistake. He’s fully retired.
We’re not all out here just trying to game the system. This has nothing to do with consequences/cheats
