Today's rewatch was 'The Girl Who Waited', scoring 62.5% (just ahead of Mummy on the Orient Express at 61.5%).
The story scores particularly high (72%), but the overall score is dragged down by lower scores for cinematography, soundtrack & villain. Still a great episode!💙💙

This morning's watch was Victory of the Daleks. A solid Dalek story, scoring 67.8% (ahead of Spyfall's 66.9%).
The New Paradigm Daleks would bother me more if I didn't understand the thinking behind them. After RTD1, I see why the survivors would want to rebuild & reinvent!💙💙

Any time I put on an RTD episode, I think to myself - this is great! 🙌
I honestly think the average episode quality is so high. It’s just such a shame that the era was wrapped in politics, challenges & anticlimaxes. It really taints the era. But the episodes are so good 🥺💙💙

“People keep asking me to join tenders for Doctor Who. I keep being asked if I will come and join this company and put together a package. I don’t mean for me to be in it, but to create a version of it. But I haven’t joined any of those”.
Interesting! 💙💙
If you’re a Battles in Time collector, don’t forget that the Circuit Breaker numbering continues from Obliterator and will come before Dalek Invasion!
If you don’t want a gap in your set, make sure you pick these up - there’s only 750 in total so there won’t be loads left!💙💙
I've really got into Battles in Time. It's so fun to collect again, and a great way to remember all of the amazing adventures I've been on with the Doctor over the last 20 years! 💙💙
As a Whovian of over 20 years, I've just rewatched one of my top 5 episodes of Doctor Who: 73 Yards.
This is an immaculate story - a stunning exploration of isolation, suffering, purpose, hope, meaning & life. Visually beautiful, thematically powerful....just fantastic.🥺💙💙

For context, one of Jodie's roundels was auctioned on Propstore in May this year - it was valued between £800 - £1600!
Bring home your very own piece of the TARDIS! 🟦💫 We're teaming up with @propstore_com to give #DoctorWho fans the chance to own one of the last remaining roundels from the TARDIS set used by David Tennant’s Fourteenth Doctor and Ncuti Gatwa’s Fifteenth Doctor.
A limited number will be available to purchase on Wednesday 21st October from 1pm BST / 5am PDT, on a first come, first served basis via the Propstore website.

I’d love for the next era to tell fresh stories whilst finding opportunities to serve the fans.
For example I’d LOVE a brand new Cyberman story with Ashad, as a human, that ultimately ends in his upgrade. No prior knowledge needed. How cool would that be! 😍💙💙
Fundamentally, the Cybermen are my favourite villain. Endless possibilities, consistently high quality episodes - just epic villains. I miss them 🥺💙💙
Series 2 was my first full series of Doctor Who. I can’t believe that 20 years later, it’s just as big a part of my life, and I’m looking forward to watching that very series in the CINEMA.
This show really does stay with you forever 🥹💙💙
This is SO BEAUTIFUL, and so Doctor Who. The RTD2 soundtrack was a bit hit and miss for me, but this score was absolutely the highlight. Stunning 🥹💙💙

🆘 I'm getting deep about a show aimed at preschoolers. Where does this Doctor fit into canon? Is he a timeless incarnation? Will he recognise the Daleks? Does the Doctor we know have any recollection of their adventures with Hannah, Beastie & Toast-IE?
I can't help it! 🤯💙💙
