A few days ago @levelsio alerted us to what appeared to be a new stolen credit card scam

To say this caught our attention would be an understatement! We looked into the situation to try and better understand what was happening and here is what we found:
Okay it seems like it was some kind of @getRewardful affiliate scam where they used stolen credit cards to sign up to PhotoAI.com 250+ times via the affiliate program
So if it worked, they'd make ~$1450 in aff fees

Started seeing these kind of things everywhere.
When I launched SiteGPT, a lot of people said I copied from Chatbase.
There are still people today who says the same thing.
There are also people who said Chatbase copied from SiteGPT. They didn’t know that Chatbase got launched 2 months before SiteGPT 😅
Recently I saw similar thing happening to @SachinNeravath’s WebWhiz. People said he copied from SiteGPT (which is just plain wrong). He also launched 2 days before SiteGPT.
SiteGPT, Chatbase, and WebWhiz are so different from each other even though the underlying idea is same.
At the end of the day, I think distribution is the only thing that matters… not the idea.
Distribution and talking to customers is what differentiates one from another.
