I walked the streets of Harare, with a simple question: “What do you know about autism?” The answers I got were honest, varied, sometimes uncertain, sometimes insightful & that’s exactly the point. #autismawareness #AutismDad #BatikaBhururu youtu.be/EBhucxJshvk?si=9fiX…

Hi Bhururu. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with our thoughts and emotions but we just want you to know that you can always come out of these situations. Take the time to reconnect, take a walk, step outside, look at the sky, breathe bhururu.

As an African Dad with a child on the spectrum you have to accept that there are those in your family that understand autism but there is also a large portion that don’t, and there is also a significant number that are question whether there is any spiritual meaning. #ASD

To the man who didn’t fight back when his partner hit him. What do we say? Do we say well done for not fighting back? Do we say report your partner to law enforcement that will judge & laugh at you? Truth is most men who do this keep it inside & it’s such a dark & lonely place.

Every man reading this can be a bridge—A bridge between silence and support, Between pressure and relief, Between isolation and connection. We don't have to wait for society to change. We can change the culture right here, right now-by showing up for each other. #BatikaBhururu

If after doing something successfully someone asks you why you didn’t tell them that’s what you were going to do then maybe that person doesn’t need to be around you. #HealthWealthStealth

Have you ever done anything without telling people and it worked out. Keep doing it, sometimes moving in stealth mode is the difference between doing & not doing. Get it done, keep it moving. #HealthWealthStealth

Bhururu Ndeipi. World Mental Health Day is coming up on the 10th of October 2025. This is your reminder to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself and those around you. Mental health matters every day — but this week, let’s make it a special focus. #BatikaBhururu

When an autism dad says my kid said “good morning” today best believe they are in another zone of emotions. Joy, excitement, guilt, fear everything cramped up in one heart. In that moment please share the excitement with them. Give them a hug if you can.
