hi, it’s been a while. just wanted to share that after 2 years of building in stealth, bootstrapping, and rigorous testing, i am excited to share @cakebudget in early access!
someone told me if an app doesn't have google sign-in, they just quit the signup process. locked in and added it. my bad for forgetting 😅
also if you got stuck on the paywall after logging in, please try again. i promise the app works. had some tech debt to clear
Added Google sign-in and fixed a blocking bug in @cakebudget after getting user feedback.
If you tried it before and got stuck, give it another shot - should be much smoother now!
i designed and built it for myself as someone diagnosed with bipolar 2 - other budgeting apps assume your brain works the same way every day. mine doesn’t, and maybe yours doesn’t either.
