As I embark on my first spacewalk tomorrow, my colleague Anil and I will be able to count on the support of a Canadian legend: Canadarm2.

ALT Canadarm2 extends across the frame, with Earth’s blue horizon, clouds, and ocean visible in the background from the International Space Station.

On September 17, 1975, Winnipeg Mayor Stephen Juba officially proclaimed the day “Guess Who Day” to honour the Guess Who. Word had gotten around that we were folding, which was officially announced later that month.
My mother attended with me that day and, as always, was proud of the success the band had achieved.
