The language of the Don't Sharia Our Texas priority passed by the RPT Legislative Priorities last week. I predict that when the delegate votes are counted, this will be an official priority of the RPT for 2026-27. DON'T SHARIA OUR TEXAS Texas government must stop Sharia Law by declaring that Sharia law is an incompatible, seditious, subversive, competing enemy of the Texas and U.S. Constitutions, and that its advocacy or implementation is a seditious criminal act, worthy of criminal punishment, disqualification for public, military, and law enforcement service, denaturalization, and, deportment. It should also be resisted in the following ways, including: 1. Immigration Reforms: Formally request that the Federal government denaturalize and/or deport advocates of Sharia law. 2. Taxpayer Funds May Not Be Granted: Taxpayer funds shall not be granted, contracted, disbursed, or otherwise provided to any entity or program that promotes or advocates allegiance to a foreign legal system, such as Sharia law, that conflicts with the Constitutions of Texas or the United States, nor shall Texas public schools and taxpayer funded institutions be allowed to provide meals or services in compliance with Sharia law. 3. Sharia Compliant Developments: Stop any economic or residential development that advocates the application of Sharia law and discriminates against those who do not submit to it. 4. Funding Prohibitions: Stop religious and/or educational institutions in Texas from receiving funding from hostile foreign or domestic sources that have any affiliation with any organization that advocates Sharia law or has been designated as a Foreign Terror Organization or Transnational Criminal Organization. 5. Enforce and Expand Our Laws: Enforce Texas sedition law against advocacy of Sharia law, and rigorously enforce other Texas law that criminalizes aspects of Sharia law such as terroristic threat, female genital mutilation, animal cruelty, domestic violence, rape, polygamy, and pedophilia. Modify existing statutes to explicitly reference Sharia inclusion. Expand the jurisdiction of the OAG to prosecute such law. Include elimination of taxpayer assistance to women who in reality are wives under Sharia law. Enact legislation to eliminate the fraud related to Sharia compliant financing. 6. Expand American Law For American Courts: Expand the legal applications of the American Law for American Courts. Pass (HB 45, 2017) and adopt a Texas Domestic Terrorist Organization Designation Act to define and prohibit domestic terrorists and sponsors of terror, and create a private civil cause of action allowing RICO provisions to be used by victims of terrorism.

It's as if the Dems want illegals to vote. Don't California my Texas.
Stunning admission by California during yesterday’s Ninth Circuit hearing. California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election. Judge: You agree that if a non-citizen votes and we don’t stop it now, that vote will be counted, correct? California: That’s absolutely correct.

Still trying to figure out who tetsuo and AGENC are, but it appears testuo is using AGENC AI agents to create engaging content in favor of liberty. Enjoy. This is another way of defining the future we are voting on in America right now. Will America continue to innovate, or will we follow Europe neo-aristocrats & socialists to regulate into oblivion.

🚨 BOMBSHELL: James Talarico’s Texas House record just got shredded by the numbers. When Republicans and Democrats split, Talarico sided with Democrats 96.8% of the time. That puts him in the TOP 7% most extreme left wing of the Texas House. In 2021, he voted with Republicans about as often as Jasmine Crockett did. Almost never. This is the same guy who said “God is non-binary” and talked about dismantling capitalism, white supremacy, and climate change as oppressive systems. Now he suddenly plays moderate against Ken Paxton. Texas, he did not change. He just wants your vote.
James Talarico is a radical extremist. I crunched the numbers on his voting record. I show it. Whenever there was a disagreement between Republicans and Democrats in the Texas House during Talarico's time as a Texas Representative from 2019 to 2025, Talarico sided with Democrats 96.8% of the time. He sided with Republicans less often than 194 of 210 House members. Only 15 of 82 Democrats were more extreme. This puts his voting record in the top 7% most extreme left-wing among Texas House Representatives. In 2026, being an extreme Democrat is really cuckoo. For comparison, in 2021, the unhinged Jasmine Crockett was in the Texas House with Talarico. During that year, Crockett voted with Republicans 2.34% of the time. Talarico voted with them 2.38% of the time. Talarico's numbers were virtually the same as Jasmine Crockett's. Talarico has claimed that "God is non-binary" and that his goal is to "dismantle" "capitalism, white supremacy, and climate change". Now we can say with confidence that his voting record tells the same story as his words did -- until he recently suddenly changed his tune. Talarico's "views" started miraculously "changing" in the past few months. They became, as he says, "moderate", when he started campaigning against Ken Paxton for the U.S. Senate seat. What a coincidence. Talarico is lying. Talarico is a loony hiding his real views. He knows that voters would never elect him if he told them truth. So he doesn't.

The neo-feudalist globalists have a burning desire to run our lives. They are fundamentally un-American and subversive, seditious enemies of our Constitutions and Republic. The American Revolution was fought to end aristocratic rule and to put the people in charge. The Deep State is counter-revolutionary. This picture is the current part of Section 2 of the Texas Bill of Rights, carved in stone on the wall of the Zavala library in the Texas Capitol complex.
I just came across this in an Open Society Foundations document about how to fix public “mistrust” of liberal "democracy," and I honestly feel sick reading it. I've read many alarming quotes, but few are so "mask off" like this. "I believe the time has come for a responsible, courageous elite, those who care far more about addressing the genuine social problems than about election results. Only a political elite with vision, prudence and a focus on the general good—to whom the electorate… can cede part of their sovereignty in the elections—will be able to justify public trust and spearhead... our struggle to survive."" Read that again. The proposed solution to the public's distrust in democracy... is less democracy. An unelected "elite" to whom the public should cede sovereignty. Abolish democracy to save democracy. This kind of thinking is what we're up against.

Staying home, under voting, or casting a "protest" vote when the contrasting futures for the viable choices are so great is to vote for Texas and America in flames, too.

History is made by those who show up. Leave the field, lose your country.
🚨 WAKE UP REPUBLICANS — THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING 🚨 Victor Davis Hanson just dropped the cold hard truth on Larry Kudlow’s show: Stay home because you’re mad about gas prices or the Iran war… and you hand the country to the people actively trying to destroy everything you voted for. 90% of what you demanded is already being delivered. The other 10% is no excuse to commit political suicide. If you sit this out, you don’t punish the GOP. You reward the Democrats who are ramping up every dirty trick, every resistance campaign, every attempt to reverse the entire agenda. This is not a protest. This is how you lose the country. 🇺🇸 VOTE. STAND. SHOW UP. No more excuses. No more staying home. #GOP #VoteRepublican #AmericaFirst #Midterms2026 #StandWithTheGOP 🔥🗳️💪

I want to share a little story about @KenPaxtonTX that nobody else knows. Back in 2014, our daughter Kaitlyn was a freshman at Baylor University, along with Ken’s youngest daughter, Abby. Apparently, Kaitlyn had decided her freshman year should include a side career in rescuing stray dogs. 😂 After finding yet another dog that needed a home, she called and asked me to drive to Waco to pick it up. I told her, “Kaitlyn, you’re going to have to find somebody else’s parent this time. I cannot keep driving to Waco collecting stray dogs!” A little while later, she called back and said, “It’s okay, Mom. Abby’s dad will take him.” Abby’s dad was Ken Paxton. And sure enough, Ken drove to Waco, picked up that black Lab, took him home, and made him part of their family. I’ve remembered that story for more than a decade because I’ve always believed the little things tell you an awful lot about someone’s character. There were no cameras, no reporters, and no political points to be scored. Just a daughter who called her dad because a dog needed a home. And her dad showed up. I’ve watched Ken Paxton fight for Texas as our Attorney General, taking on powerful interests and standing firm in battles that weren’t always easy or popular. His record is unmatched by any other AG nationwide. But long before I knew much about his political record, I got a little glimpse of the man behind the title. And sometimes, those are the stories that tell you the most about a person. I’m exceptionally proud to support Ken Paxton, and I know he will make an outstanding Senator for Texas. Because Texas doesn’t need another politician who knows how to win an election. We need a fighter who knows how to stand his ground when it matters most.

I voted for this!
Two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides, were taken into custody today on charges of allegedly lying to Congress about their involvement in the FBI’s investigations into Hunter Biden. The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into the since-dissolved FBI Foreign Influence Task Force. Floris led the FITF as a Deputy Assistant Director from mid-2019 through mid-2022. Benavides was the FITF Section Chief from mid-2019 through the 2020 election. Both testified that the FITF was not involved in the Hunter Biden investigations. Documentary evidence, contemporaneous communications, and witness accounts contradict their testimony. Floris is also on record privately claiming to be “running a shadow government” during the 2020 election in her role on the FITF. Lying to Congress by senior FBI officials strikes at the heart of our system. No one is above the law. The FBI has already dismantled the corrupt CR-15 squad that engaged in political weaponization targeting their opponents, including President Trump. Thanks to @TheJusticeDept @FBIKansasCity and @USAttyPirro. -DKP🇺🇸

I created Texas Constitutional Enforcement to persuade Texas officials to resist coups of the federal government like this plot.
🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨 I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it. I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute. Here's the primer: USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG. Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building. You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more. Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself. This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening. In their own words: "We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead. Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself. DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members. Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins. The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings. Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff. In the words of Reiff/DRG: "So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan." Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress." Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond. The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape. Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after. Who decides when your government is legitimate?

No need to be tempted to vote Dem for lower gas prices in exchange for their destructive agenda on everything else. The evidence is that Dems RAISE gas prices, not reduce them.

Every once in awhile, someone serving in office rises above the norm, becoming a champion for our values that advance the things we cherish - liberty, limited government, lower crime, protection of kids and family, and fighting for rule of law and the free market system which has created the abundance that too many Americans take for granted. @KenPaxtonTX and @realDonaldTrump are those type of champions. Are they perfect? No. ALL men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Do they do everything I want them to do? No. Certainly, given the vicious pushback from the Deep State in power, they don't get everything accomplished that they want to do. But they are men in the arena, delivering and taking the blows every day for my family, state, and nation. For this, they have my love, admiration, and support, especially given the vicious, destructive foes they face. Do these men in the arena have cold and timid souled critics? You BET they do. The critics, claiming to be on our team, want us to abandon these heroes because they are not perfect or because they have not won every battle. And the critics want us to ignore the gaping abyss that the destructive enemies of all we hold dear are waiting to push us into. And, of course, lots of the criticism comes from those who do NOT share our love of faith, family, country, and liberty. The ones who hate our values and us make up spin and vicious lies about corruption and betrayal of our values that cannot be proven and that do not describe our heroes, but merely rationalize their hatred of our heroes' virtues. Ken Paxton, like Trump, has suffered hundreds of millions of dollars of attacks and lawfare because he is not controllable by the big money men. Paxton has actually followed the Texas Constitution's definition of the role of AG to sue big corporations like Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Auto, etc. to protect the people of Texas from them. I resolve NOT to be a cold and timid critic of strong -- but flawed men -- valiantly fighting for our future. In fact, I have already enthusiastically cast my vote for them and every Republican on the ballot. I urge you to protect your family, state, nation, and liberty by doing the same.
