I challenge you to name a worse telephony cust. service than @British_Airways - I’ve spent a total of 1256 mins over the past 40 days trying to amend 1 booking. Each phone no. says I need to speak to another one, it’s just ludicrous. Even w/covid it shouldn’t be this awful! Ffs

Since Aug21 I switched to @OctopusEnergy for my energy. They're cheap but #customerservice is non-existent. Since swapping, my smart meter is no longer connected + they don't care/offer to resolve. So I've decided to be equally unhelpful+delay paymt+get them to work for my paymt.

2/2 ... housekeeping chap or the dodgy reception lady. When I had asked her where the cash had gone, she gave a very unconvincing “it wasn’t me”. Bit of a joke considering I hadn’t even left the premises!!! I would like to raise a FORMAL COMPLAINT FOR THEFT... @premierinn
