Arizona and New Mexico are tied for 1st place for me.
AZ has the loveliest pattern with the star and sunset and NM has the most striking symbolism with the Zia sun.
Honestly all the 4 corners states have fantastic flags.

Frame grabs of the large tornado that went through Heber-Overgaard earlier this evening. This thing got quite large and unfortunately appears to have gone right through town. Chasing W @RealDLScales .
And just for curiosity, here is what it would look like if Champi were magically teleported into the middle of the Gulf.
the upper-level outflow clouds of Super Typhoon #Champi are incredible. A massive grand spiral of cloud over 2,000 km across!

Damage seems to be the worst in the circled areas...

EarthCARE passed near the eye of Super Typhoon #Champi earlier today as the storm was wrapping up its eyewall replacement cycle. The CPR and ATLID instruments revealed eyewall convection reaching an incredible altitude of ~18 km, approaching the upper limits of the troposphere! @esa_earthcare
From Sunrise to Sunset, Super Typhoon Champi was a marvel from above. As an artist who's also fascinated by tropical cyclones, I deem this the most beautiful.
The grand spiral and the incredible eye is just perfection.
