Considering current gas prices and that we don't wanna contribute to the rampant devaluation of musicians' labor, what do people think would be a good suggested donation for future shows with one touring band? Last show (mid-December) started the sliding scale at $8

We have learned that multiple people who were present at Friday's show tested positive today. We do not know the details but please get tested + isolate + re-test! We hope no transmission occurred but it is sadly a possibility

Please isolate as much as you can. It's terrible that our government is taking inadequate measures but we can at least try to take care of ourselves + each other

Some in the QTs are pulling straight up DARVO garbage as if all abuse is straightforward and easy to comprehend and describe. Their motivation is obviously misogyny, not ignorance, but dudes like this are dime a dozen in the DIY scene and usually aren’t dealt with bc it’s rare

anyone in a position to handle the backlash feels it’s worth it. The majority of our do not book list is made up of local cis men like Alex, most of whom we only even know about from private conversations. We’re doing what we can, but it’s not enough.
