Sorry we have been quiet lately! Sadly March marks the end of the MyPlan service in Bradford, so we have been extremely busy making sure our parents get the support they need before we finish. Jayne enjoyed meeting up with some parents for fresh air and a cuppa yesterday 🌳 ☕️

For some women being pregnant over summer can be a challenge. Heatwaves and high temperatures can put you at risk of dangers like dehydration and sunstroke.So it’s important to find ways of keeping cool when pregnant.
