Next, why do we wait 200ms instead of ordering transactions on first come, first serve? Waiting for 200ms (which still feels instant), allows Unichain to run a priority auction inside the flashblock This allows for MEV aware protocols (i.e. priority is all you need to function).

tl;dr: Transactions are deterministic with a given order so Unichain ships out that order every 200ms to get instant confirmations. Go see if you're faster than Unichain at flashblocks.unichain.org
