My biggest regret is being a pussy
> I became elite @ poker when I was in college. Should've made content about that... So many cool vlogs/tutorials I could've made in real-time
> Was a quant trader, learned a ton, could've passed it on. Should've made content about that journey..
> Sports bet with my own tools I built for MYSELF for 2 years before ever making a video. Should've made content about that earlier..
Lost years of my life stuck in my own head‼️
Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.

An LA hospitality group runs 25 bars, many of them right by Dodger Stadium. Every extra playoff game means packed bars. An early exit means lost revenue they were counting on.
So they hedged it. They put $60,000 on Kalshi on the Dodgers *not* making the World Series.
The Dodgers lost the NLCS to the Brewers. The position returned nearly 2x, helping cover the playoff business that *never* came.
A Columbia law professor told Fortune it works like “a form of bespoke insurance.”

We've all seen the regular stats about how bad @Pumpfun tokens are. About how the vast majority of traders lose money.
But the gigabytes of data I've been assembling over the past few days paints a much darker picture.
I've spun up a VPS and am in the process of backfilling a hoarde of data (burning a ton of Helius credits) and comparing @Pumpfun to @LaunchOnSF
Because of how many tokens are launched every single day the backfill process is still running, although I do have enough data to start being statistically accurate.
I'm capturing data for the entire last month as well as logging all new data in real time. An expensive project, but a valuable one.
For example, I already have learned:
Tokens that have graduated on @LaunchOnSF are 3X more likely to still be active within 24 hours than graduated tokens on @Pumpfun
That jumps to 5X a week after graduation.
While both launchpads have a less than 2% graduation success rate what happens next is the most telling.
Pump fun also has a much higher rate of "fake liquidity" (support being placed and then pulled before rug) than Stonk tokens.
How do I know?
My system is also tracking every single liquidity event. It's watching and logging every time people play games with liquidity in order to manipulate a chart.
More insights will be shared with the greater amount of data I capture/backfill.
This will be interesting.

If you truly believe cryptography is about to be broken, you're better off selling your crypto and stocks to load up on rice, beans, vodka, ammo, gold, and silver than sending coins to a fresh wallet.

Abstract is winding down.
Starting today, all of @IglooInc's focus will go towards taking Pudgy Penguins, Pudgy NFTs, and $PENGU to the next level.
When we acquired Frame in the summer of 2024, the vision was to build the blockchain for consumer crypto. Pudgy Penguins had shown us what it meant to reach the masses, and we believed we could bring that same approach to building a chain.
Abstract achieved a lot in a short period of time; we built the Portal and AGW, onboarded major global brands, amassed over 300 million transactions, and grew a vibrant onchain ecosystem.
The journey became stifled by the lack of a DeFi ecosystem, insufficient liquidity, minimal institutional cross-over, and prohibitively high costs that impeded growth in winning areas.
Unknown to most, Igloo, Inc. had been funding Abstract over the last 18 months.
After losing tens of millions of dollars over two years, building consumer products, assembling an all-star team, onboarding some of the biggest brands in the world, and building a community of millions, we still had not found product-market fit.
In combination with the market's reduced appetite for what we had built and not being able to find a scalable path forward, we could no longer justify taking from the Pudgy Penguins business.
Igloo, Inc. has always been a community-first company. Even after losing 8 figures, we could have launched a token or pursued an ICO.
Ultimately we decided against this. A token only works if there is something driving demand to it, and launching a token that we don’t have conviction in would have been a disservice to our community.
The entire team at Abstract has worked tirelessly with a tremendous amount of passion to make the consumer crypto vision come true. I cannot fault a single one of them for this outcome.
To the Abstract community, I want to thank all of you for sticking by our side on this long journey and for continuing to champion us. You supported us through all of the ups and downs, and I wish the result could have been different.
There will be many that will find satisfaction in seeing this shut down, and that is fine. I take a great amount of pride in having the ambition to venture into the chain business, notoriously one of the most difficult to make work, and the only regret I have is not being able to celebrate a win alongside the Abstract community.
As we wind down Abstract, our full focus shifts to making Pudgy Penguins into the global & cultural phenomenon I know it can become.
Return to Pudgy Penguins.

Rewards update.
The StonkFun rewards pipeline has been upgraded.
Rewards no longer wait for a large pot to accumulate before harvesting transfer tax. Fees are converted and distributed continuously.
The upgrade allows for separate horizontal scaling at each stage. There are also distinct thresholds for each stage:
• Harvesting
• Claiming & swapping
• Planning and funding distributions
• Sending distributions to holders
If a conversion ever lags behind volume, rewards can be distributed in the coin itself so payouts keep flowing without delay or excessive harvesting.
Live for new and existing coins launched on LaunchLab, with the upgrade rolling out to legacy coins (CLMM) soon.
The pipeline is still being tuned for optimal performance, further concurrency and prioritization algorithms are being worked on.
