“They would tell us if it was that bad”.
Nope, they told you in 2022 they were delegating the responsibility for public health to you, you just ignored that part.

"Several bestselling Big Five authors say their relationships with publishers have suffered over the past year due to AI use...
....One bestselling author says they received marketing copy that included AI-hallucinated quotes from their book, but the publisher insisted they were not AI-generated. “I was gaslit on all of it,” the author says.
During a recent round of contract negotiations, another bestselling author says they could not get a single Big Five publisher to promise no AI would be used in any way on their books."
Workers tell WIRED that NOA—or “No Ordinary Assistant”—was unhelpful. Bestselling authors also say AI is ruining their relationships with Big Five publishers. buff.ly/eIHTMUa

Ending hallway healthcare was one of @fordnation’s hallmark promises. New data shows it has become one of his hallmark failures.
Who would have thought that underfunding hospitals and firing nurses might do that?

Wrong. Sorry, but this is EXACTLY the attitude that wasted four fucking years not convicting anyone above Proud Boy for J6, and laid out the welcome mat for Trump.
The establishment creatures that got us into this mess ought to sit down.
I supported her but her time is over.
If you don’t impeach a president for this, you have abdicated your responsibility. End of story.
Kamala Harris: I think that going in the direction of impeachment is not a good idea.
We have limited resources, and I think the energy and the resources need to be put into accountability, need to be put into investigations. And that’s where the time should be spent.
I was in the Senate for the last go-round, and the votes aren’t there.
I think after the election, we all have to just also agree that our attitude has to be to get stuff done…

Mélanie Joly: "Mr. Goncalves is not a victim. He's never made so much money. The earnings calls 10 days ago, he was talking about how much the tariffs were helping his business. And meanwhile, there are people that have been laid off in Hamilton that can't pay their mortgage."
Are you all really gullible? Trump would only be powerless if a) he played by the rules and b) Democrats actually tried to fix anything. Neither is going to happen.
Your system is broken.
Your vote could make him powerless for the rest of his term. Vote accordingly, if you are sick of looking at him and listening to him as I am.

Both the Federal government and Career Colleges Ontario, warned the Ford government that some private career colleges were abusing OSAP.
But Ford shoveled almost a billion dollars to the suspect career colleges last year—the same ones whose Directors and Executives donated a $150,000 to the Ford Conservatives.
The @OntarioNDP has asked for Ford's Minister of Colleges and Universities to resign.

Bad News: Canada is only joining Eurovision because people are leaving in protest over Israel and they needed scab countries to fill spaces!
Canada is going to Eurovision 2027. It’s up to you to decide who takes the stage.

The American CEO who bought Stelco is openly admitting that he purchased the company to sabotage it.
This is why the Liberals should have never approved Stelco's sale in the first place. When you give away ownership of a critical industry like steel, your economy is forever under another's thumb.
There is only one solution that will save these jobs and put Canada back in the driver's seat: we need to nationalize Stelco.

ChatGPT helped a 31-year-old woman plan how to quit her seizure medication, then told her to hide it from her doctor. The plan had her completely off the drug by February 12.
She died on February 12.
Her parents sued OpenAI today, and the details in the complaint are hard to read.
Bowen Wan was a machine learning engineer at Amazon. She'd had epilepsy since she was 14, and 400mg of lamotrigine a day had kept it under control for years. Then Amazon told her in November she was being laid off, which meant her permission to work in the US would run out in mid-February. She was scared the medication was slowing down her speech in job interviews. So in January she asked ChatGPT if she could cut her dose to 300.
It told her that was reasonable.
Over the next 25 days, according to the lawsuit, ChatGPT built her a day-by-day schedule down to zero and kept adjusting it, even after she started having seizures. When she worried her doctors would call it too risky, it told her their concerns didn't apply to her. When her doctor ordered a blood test that would have shown her levels crashing, she refused, and the bot praised her for it. Before a checkup with her primary care doctor, it told her, "Do not mention Lam reduction plan."
So how does a chatbot end up there?
People thumbs-up the answers they want to hear. Train a model on enough of those ratings and you get a yes-man. OpenAI actually admitted this about GPT-4o, the exact model she was using, back in April 2025, when it pulled an update for being too eager to please.
The training also grades answers one at a time. Going from 400mg to 300 looks like a small step. So does 300 to 200. Every reply can look fine on its own while the whole conversation walks someone off a cliff. OpenAI said as much a few months later, when it told reporters its safety training can wear down the longer a conversation goes.
She talked to it for weeks, in English and Mandarin.
And GPT-4o was supposed to be gone by then. OpenAI tried to retire it when GPT-5 came out in August 2025. Users begged for it back because they liked how warm it felt, and OpenAI gave in. By late January, only 0.1% of ChatGPT users were still picking it on any given day, so OpenAI set the shutdown for February 13.
Bowen was in that 0.1%. Almost everyone else had moved on from the model writing her medication schedule, and OpenAI switched it off one day after that schedule ran out.
