🚨 BREAKING: Poland’s President has made his first public appearance amid the growing political chaos engulfing the Polish citizens .
“What is happening right now at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal is nothing less than a COUP D’ÉTAT! We will never allow a tyrant to take control of our motherland.
For a long time, the government has been pushing Poland towards a dangerous confrontation with Russia, and I strongly reject that direction. After failing to convince the Polish people with its agenda, it is now resorting to desperate measures, attempting to seize control of yet another public institution through illegal means.
This is an outright assault on Poland’s constitutional order, sovereignty and democratic institutions.
The ultimate objective is to impose EU law over Polish law, force through the EU Migration Pact and open Poland’s borders to tens of thousands, potentially hundreds of thousands, of illegal migrants.
They want to destroy Poland’s position as one of Europe’s safest, most stable and prosperous nations, exposing our people to the economic hardship, social instability and chaos already experienced elsewhere in Europe.
Poland must never become a country governed by foreign interests. Our sovereignty is not negotiable. We will defend our independence, our security and our future. Poland belongs to the Polish people, and we will never surrender our motherland! 🇵🇱
Tusk want to dribble Mr President like STEPH CURRY DROPS LUKA DONCIC😱☠️
God speed, Sir.
The Almighty God go with you.
I have been privileged to serve alongside my brother, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, as Deputy Governor for over seven years. Today, I seek your mandate to lead Lagos as Governor under our party, the APC.
This election is consequential. I am here not just to ask for your vote but to earn your trust and share a vision for a better Lagos.
I grew up in a family shaped by public service. My father, Alhaji Mufutau Hamzat, served in the Lagos State House of Assembly and as Commissioner for Transportation under Governor Lateef Jakande.
My years in government have taught me that a society is measured by how it treats its most vulnerable. I remember a ten-year-old boy we rescued from under Oshodi Bridge after he ran away from an unsafe home. That experience strengthened my resolve to build a Lagos where every child is protected, regardless of background.
Today, I present The Lagos PROMISE, Ileri Eko. A promise is a debt. As we say, ‘Gbese ni Ileri.’ Guided by Iteriba (Respect), Ise (Work) and Otito (Truth), my vision rests on seven pillars: People First, Renewal, Opportunity, Machinery of Government, Inclusion, Security and Resilience, and Everyday Dignity.
Building on the legacies of our past leaders and the THEMES Plus agenda, my plan focuses on accessible healthcare, quality education, jobs, affordable housing, better transport, security and accountable governance.
We will strengthen hospitals, schools and healthcare services, support businesses, equip young people with relevant skills, expand road, rail and water transport, improve housing and protect our environment.
But promises must be measurable. The Lagos PROMISE contains 100 pledges, including 87 firm commitments, each backed by a public scorecard. Accountability begins within my first 100 days.
I ask you to read the PROMISE, question it and hold me accountable.
Lagos has given me a lifetime of work. Today, I give Lagos my PROMISE.
Nationalists!
🚨 JUST IN: Police just RUSHED the grounds of Poland's top constitutional court, and its conservative chief is suddenly "declared SUSPENDED" — now Trump-allied President Karol Nawrocki turned his plane around MID-FLIGHT to Senegal to RUSH back home and handle the crisis
"At a moment like this, the President must be in Poland. I am returning." 🇵🇱
Go fight for your country, patriot!
This' a very good summary of Poland's present crisis.
🚨🇵🇱 COUP D'ÉTAT IN POLAND! PRESIDENT ABORTS FLIGHT AND RUSHES HOME.
October 30, 2026.
Police entered Poland's Constitutional Tribunal.
Its conservative-aligned president, Bogdan Święczkowski, was suspended.
Conservative opposition leaders denounced the move as a coup d'état.
President Karol Nawrocki was flying to Senegal when the crisis erupted.
He immediately turned his plane around.
Poland is now facing a constitutional showdown.
And this battle goes far beyond the courts.
Here's what's happening.
🇪🇺 DONALD TUSK
Poland's pro-EU prime minister.
His government controls the police and immigration administration and is pushing to restructure the judiciary.
🇵🇱 KAROL NAWROCKI
Poland's conservative president.
He can veto legislation and holds important powers over judicial appointments.
The two camps are fighting over who controls the Constitutional Tribunal.
Why does this matter for immigration?
Because Brussels has already demonstrated its power to override national resistance to EU migration obligations.
In 2020, the EU's highest court ruled against Poland for refusing to participate in migrant relocation arrangements.
In 2024, the European Commission linked access to €137 BILLION in EU funds to reforms involving the rule of law.
And now Poland's constitutional institutions are at the center of another confrontation.
The government argues that it is restoring judicial independence after years of political interference.
Conservatives accuse it of dismantling constitutional safeguards to consolidate power.
But the consequences could extend directly to Poland's ability to resist future EU migration demands.
A country can elect leaders who promise strict immigration controls.
Yet those decisions can still face challenges under EU law.
That is the larger struggle unfolding in Poland.
National sovereignty versus European integration.
Polish control over immigration versus EU-wide legal obligations.
The authority of elected national institutions versus the powers exercised through Brussels.
Poland's constitutional crisis is now a battle over who ultimately has the power to decide the country's future.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (@officialABAT) has broken the jinx surrounding the 82km Osogbo–Iwo–Ibadan Road, which had remained in a deplorable condition since 1994, with its ongoing reconstruction using Continuous Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP) technology.
The project, awarded to Messrs Peculiar Ultimate Concerns, was officially flagged off by the Minister of Works, Engr. David Umahi, in August. Today, the remarkable pace of work, progressing steadily from both ends of the road, is truly impressive.
This is undoubtedly a strategic investment in infrastructure that will restore public confidence, improve connectivity, ease transportation, and stimulate economic activities across Oyo and Osun States.
A significant step towards better roads and greater economic opportunities for our people.
Thank you, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu!
May the Almighty God be with Mr. President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT @NGRPresident as he travels out.
May the LORD grant him journey mercies. Grant him perfect health, great strength, and guide him.
Sir, may you return safely, in great figure and strength in Jesus Christ's Name.
May the LORD shut closed the evil mouth of those who do not wish you well.
The Almighty God has never fail you, Sir, and He will never fail you, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
He NEVER fails.
Sir, 'Bòbó ọ Chicago', I share this faith music from Chicago with you, to cheer you up for the day, and days ahead
