“Michael was tired of taking physical abuse from the Detroit pistons & wanted to start a strength & conditioning program.”
“He said he’d try it out for 30 days & 30 days turned into 15 years.”
How the weight room helped Michael Jordan become the GOAT 🐐

Ribbon cut. Doors open. Williamsport is officially here.
What makes this one special isn't just the record start...
It's what this location will become for Washington County, Maryland.
We're in the processd of hiring a Physical Therapist who will do ortho, sport, AND pelvic & peripartum care. That combination doesn't exist in this community right now.
It will.
Excited to keep building in Wash. Co!

Williamsport, MD opened in October 2025.
Record start.
Every time we open a new location, the playbook gets better. The team gets sharper. The ramp time gets shorter.
What used to feel like a big lift now feels like a well-rehearsed performance.
That's what 15 openings teaches you...
Not just what to do, but what to stop doing.
Williamsport is exactly where it should be. And the community there in Washington County has been incredible.
Thank you for welcoming R2P!
