She let child rapist Daniel Cieslak — who pleaded GUILTY to raping a 12-YEAR-OLD girl — WALK FREE from her courtroom with an ABSOLUTE DISCHARGE. No jail. No real punishment. She said there was “no public interest” in punishing him because he thought the girl looked older and “willingly participated.”
But wait — it gets worse.
This same judge previously sparked outrage by praising Algerian rapist Hamadache Hamza while sentencing him. Hamza brutally raped a woman over an entire weekend. Yet Lady Scott gave him “credit” for overcoming his “very difficult background” in Algeria to settle in Britain and open a hairdressing business.
This is what happens when judges care more about a predator’s “background” and “success” than protecting innocent children and women.
Judges like this are why victims are re-traumatized and criminals laugh. We need real justice — tough judges who put victims first and predators behind bars where they belong.

Oh yay my fav... H/W both on H-1B, probably soon to pump out anchor babies, one loses job so now pondering doing the visa dance to H-4 because it took too long to find an H-1B ONLY employer that's willing to do the paperwork.
H-1B is a temporary guest worker program. But to 100% of everyone applying for it it's permanent lifetime migration and they want to drag their village over, too.
They're never leaving and you're never getting that employer to call you back. It's India-Only now.
