Jax State navigated a promotion to FBS and replacement of head coach during that run.
Pretty impressive given other teams don't have that kind of success once much less repeatedly.
FOUR YEARS IN FBS. FOUR STRAIGHT BOWL-ELIGIBLE SEASONS! 🏈🐔
I couldn't be more proud of our Jax State football team! Tonight's 24-0 shutout at New Mexico State secured bowl eligibility for the fourth consecutive year in just our fourth season at the FBS level!
Just look at what this program continues to accomplish:
🏈 25-5 against Conference USA opponents since joining the league in 2023.
🏈 14-1 in weekday CUSA games, including 12 consecutive weekday victories!
🏈 An NCAA-best 66 consecutive games with a rushing touchdown!
🏈 Five straight wins and a perfect 4-0 record in Conference USA this season!
And what a performance by Caden Creel tonight, rushing for 211 yards and setting a Jax State quarterback record!
Congratulations to Coach Charles Kelly, our coaching staff, and especially our student-athletes. These accomplishments are a testament to the culture, hard work, and commitment that make this program so special.
Four years into our FBS journey, and we're just getting started!
Proud to be a Gamecock! 🔴⚪

None of it means anything yet...
But the Cowgirls have crushed the offseason. 💪
Here's a quick look at the road map this season and how OSU can use to to reach new heights. 🏆 ⤵️

First half shooting stats for Cowgirls tonight
Overall team: 17-38 (45%)
3's team: 4-14 (29%)
Audi Crooks is 3-4
Nene Ndiaye is 4-8
Stailee Heard is 3-7
Eric Morris after beating Colorado 57-24:
"They needed to be challenged after halftime. Thought we were sloppy in a lot of areas. ... Like, just think about how close we are to being so much even better right now."
FINAL
Oklahoma State's familiar problems cropped up again and the Cowboys still blew out Colorado 57-24 and won on a day when almost every other Big 12 contender suffered a huge let down.
OSU has such a high ceiling.
OSU's second string offense (first-string OL) just averaged 7.3 yards per play on that TD drive to put Cowboys up 57-24 with 1:18 to play.
OSU leads Colorado 37-24 with 8:48 left in third.
Like we all expected, RB William Mason punches it in from 3 yards out on his first carry of the night. He's seen a huge uptick in playing time tonight (very low bar).
Is he the solution to the red zone issues?
Colorado leads OSU 24-23.
For the most part, the Cowboys look like who they've been although the running game looks a little bit better.
Caleb Hawkins is averaging 5.2 yards per carry.
Eric Morris on the radio as he walked off the field:
“Not very good in the secondary. … We kicked three fields goals already. Offense is in rhythm, but we can’t score.”
Great placement from Drew there, if he misses the safety could have picked that one.
Instead, its a 14-yard pass to Justin Bowick who now has three catches for 72 yards and a TD and it looks like he's only getting started.
OSU back on top 17-14.
Sam Keltner is 14-14 on Field goals this season after booting a 47-yarder through which matches his season-high.
His career-long is 51 yards
OSU trails Colorado 14-10 with 11:48 left in first half.
