i don't particularly mind that james gunn spends so much time replying to comments, i just think it's weird that he's doing it on Threads. who's using Threads? is there a single person on Threads who isn't a Gen Xer

for years i had ideas on how Anarky might look in the 2020s as everything he's fighting against gets unfathomably worse, without the resources he used to have, forced to compromise as the billionaires get even more control and it gets harder to spread any message anywhere
and he's older, too- he'd be pricklier and scrappier but slightly less of a know-it-all- he's still an asshole but he's had a little more life experience, he knows how to deal with people a little more
the way he's been written lately is pretty much 100% the vision i had for him
the ideal comics event for me is 90% fun backdrop for the characters i like to be put into situations, 10% actual plot that matters so yeah i fuck with Bad Seeds

zodiac is a good movie. david fincher freaked it with that one. unfortunate that it came out in 2007, the year of good movies. didn't really stand a chance awards-wise. but it rules. one of fincher's best, and i like fincher
