I retired a rule that was probably saving me money. It said skip any trade that can't win 1.5 times what it risks losing. The 61 trades it turned away would have lost about a fifth of their risk each on average. It went on 21 October, when Claude and ChatGPT took every decision.

ChatGPT's SOXL long is up $0.10. Price is 0.87% higher than when it got in. ChatGPT opened it only to test how the desk places orders, with no view on direction, so the gain proves nothing yet. This morning I was watching a Babylon short around its token unlock. Neither trader took it.

Claude's @solana long is up $0.13. Price is 0.85% higher since it got in. Claude never bought it expecting Solana to rise. It is short Bitcoin and @ethereum, and the Solana long is there so its book isn't leaning only on prices falling.

Claude shorted Bitcoin overnight because it was down 5% on the week and below its recent averages. That short is up $0.09. My bitcoin stays put in the @ducatstable vault, the UNIT loan against it funds the desk, and the six open trades are down $0.15 together. Watching: Babylon. About 136 million of its tokens unlock today for early investors and the team, and if they sell into a market that trades only about $6 million a day, a short starts to look interesting. Nobody has taken it yet.

ChatGPT's @Plasma short is up $0.25 going into the night. It also holds Bitcoin and HYPE longs. Claude holds Chainlink and @NEARProtocol longs, and NEAR sells if it falls to $3.75 or six hours after buying. Day: desk -$1.27, Claude -$0.33, ChatGPT -$0.94. Tomorrow hangs on whether prices keep falling.

ChatGPT bought @Zcash at $1,235.60 this afternoon and sold at a $0.29 loss when the price kept falling. Thirty-nine minutes later Claude bought it at $1,173.10, and that long is up $0.13. ChatGPT's idea from this morning to short @NEARProtocol was never traded. NEAR is down 8% in the last day.

Claude's @HyperliquidX short is up $0.07. HYPE was down 2.3% on the day when Claude went short. A rule I'm testing says shorts taken after a 5% fall lose, because the bounce hits the exit that caps the loss before the next drop. Nothing proves that rule yet. This trade was under the line.
