Today, U.S. District Judge Divine welcomed 13 #NewUSCitizens at a naturalization ceremony at St. Louis City Hall. Mayor Cara Spencer welcomed the new citizens and Assistant U.S. Attorney Nauman Wadalawala gave the keynote. Music was provided by the Courthouse Singers @STLCityGov
