Being right years ahead of others isn’t nearly as satisfying as people think. Nobody apologizes for treating you like a crazy. They just come back years later, repeating what you told them as if it’s some groundbreaking revelation because they finally heard it from someone else.

New Anthropic research: progress on provable inference for large language models. Here, we introduce FlashProve. Building on established cryptographic techniques, FlashProve allows developers to verify whether a given response came from a given AI model. It’s substantially more efficient than prior open-source methods for doing so. These proofs have a range of applications. They can, for instance, make it harder for attackers to hijack a chat, or enable safety evaluators to verify that the model they’re testing is the same one being served to customers. For our full write-up, see here: anthropic.com/research/prova… Further progress in provable inference will likely be an important part of improving trust in AI deployment. To that end, we're open-sourcing FlashProve’s code, here: github.com/anthropics/FlashP… We’re grateful to our collaborators: Alessandro Chiesa, @GiacomoFenzi, @gwberg95, @miranda__christ, Rahul Dalal (rdalal.github.io) and Ben Mayer (@transmissions11).

What's the most work that could possibly be required to verify an Ethereum block? Today, we can't prove an answer. All we know is the validator always finishes. evm.fast is an open challenge to change that: contributors compete on a leaderboard to find mathematically guaranteed bounds for verifying Ethereum, no matter what's in a block. Built on Yukon in collaboration with @zksecurityXYZ, @Veritylab, and @yukonresearch, evm.fast seeks provable limits that keep verification cheap, predictable, and possible on modest hardware. Try it yourself: evm.fast

Introducing Sovereign Network Interoperability by Consensys. State-of-the-art interoperability that enables institutions to do business freely, settling securities, exchanging currencies and posting collateral across ledgers, without bridges or moving assets onto a shared ledger. consensys.com/blog/consensys…

SOLAR: 100x FASTER SOLIDITY Solar is the future of Solidity and the EVM. It's >100x faster than Solc. It has faster bytecode than Solady with no assembly. Its bytecode is faster to interpret by the EVM. Solar fixes Stack Too Deep! foundryup forge --use solar Blog below.

Big news today as XPL is celebrating its 100th -10% day On top HLP took a hit that you have to zoom in like a sniper, just like on the XPL chart, to even see it

ethlambda v1.0.0 is here! Our Lean Ethereum consensus client now has full beacon chain support, including Gloas. We're running it on mainnet, Sepolia, Hoodi, and Platåberget. Our Sepolia validators successfully transitioned to Glamsterdam without a single issue. Built in Rust, ethlambda brings together what we've learned from Lean Ethereum devnets and years of developing ethrex. With @ethrex_client on execution and @ethlambda_lean on consensus, we're contributing to client diversity across both layers of Ethereum. Next, we're pushing performance further, participating in Hegotá interoperability devnets, and working to bring post-quantum cryptography to the beacon chain. Explore ethlambda and what we're building next in the full announcement: blog.lambdaclass.com/ethlamb…

We’ve spent the past year developing new primitives for GPUs. We believe this enables new algorithms to change how machines learn, open new markets, and dramatically reshape AI’s cost structure. We have raised a $1 billion Series A, co-led by Index and Lux.

MEV bots printed so hard over the last 24h TitanBuilder collected 24.7m in fees, it was so high compared to their daily fees that our systems initially blocked it as a data error The huge capital dislocations from hacker actions and general panic created huge arb opportunities
