Official accounts (FAA, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, and ADS-B/flight-tracking data) identify the aircraft as a Learjet 60 (N722BD) that entered a steep high-speed descent before impact around 12:50 p.m.
Missile claims appear to be circulating online and among some residents, similar to past high-impact crashes where the dive and explosion looked unusual on video.
President Donald Trump just took off on Air Force One from the Palm Beach Airport. Days before the election. Timing is suspicious.

A Learjet 60 business jet crashed in Greenacres, Palm Beach County.
It's just 7 miles from Mar-a-Lago.
The jet departed from Austin-Bergstrom and was flying normally on its way to the Bahamas.
Near Naples, it descended to 35000 feet.
Then it went into an unusual and extreme nosedive.
The vertical speed exceeded 32000 feet per minute.
The Secret Service was anticipating a similar crash.
Just three days ago, short range air defense systems and counter drone equipment were deployed around Mar-a-Lago.
Defense systems were also deployed at a nearby airport at the Secret Service's request.
The Secret Service declared an emergency and requested the assets, citing a heightened threat environment.
Eight vehicles were also brought in, equipped with .50-caliber machine guns to respond to suspicious helicopters and cruise missiles.
Exactly three days later, this crash happens.
Nine people have been killed so far.
There is a high chance this could be a terrorist attack.
