Can you imagine NOT being an alpha male? Literally could NOT be me lmao
All these beta males. They probably don't even own a gun (I do). I also doubt they hit the iron paradise everyday (like me) to get the demons out of their heads.
What a bunch of beta bitches. Again, couldn't be me (because im an alpha male) 🔥🔥 🐺
"No one looks good IRL. The pictures you see online are with pump + good lighting..."
This is so true. Here's me flexed vs. unflexed (still WITH pump and good lighting), mere seconds apart
Please don't get fooled and compare:
- you in your bathroom mirror at night
vs.
- someone else immediately flexing post workout in the posing room
I get steroid accusations every week - some notes:
1) Noone looks as good IRL. The pictures you see online are with pump + good lightning + some even edit them (I dont)
2) Steroids bring many more issues into your life than you'd think. i've done the research and decided against it.
3) The upside of steroids is very limited. people care much less about your muscles than you think.
4) muscles come with stigma. i am often labeled the gym bro or vain. while that is partially true, it's also annoying.
5) if you take steroids, take a minimal dosage. that would allow you to look like you're more athletic and more disciplined than you actually are.
6) if you're willing to trade several years of your life for that really roidy look, do it. undoubtedly people will notice you and undoubtedly there will be women who will be very attracted to you for having that look.
again i think you're an idiot if you take steroids especially below the age of 35 but if you do it, be smart about it
You have to BELIEVE you can look like a monster freak as a natural.
If you think you can ONLY look good on gear, you won’t ever look good—with or without it.
JT is a good example of this. All he does is comment hate and "bUt YoUr On GeAr" on anybody who is in better shape than him (which is basically anybody who takes lifting semi seriously)
Its sad. If guys like him put HALF the amount of time/effort into the gym/diet as they do hating, they would look good!
Can you be 300 pounds and shredded as a natural? Probably not...
But if you convince yourself/work as if you CAN, you will end up looking really, really good. There are plenty of great examples on here
Please try and get rid of your self-limiting beliefs!
And for an update on becoming an Uruk-hai
- Today's weight: 218.1 lb
- Today's height: closer to 5 ft 10.5 in
- Current age: 26 for four more weeks
Getting close. I can practically TASTE the man flesh
It remains true that for the past probably 3 years, my phone automatically changes my wallpaper when I get to the gym
My motivation is to be a real life Uruk-hai
Their stats are:
- 6-7 ft tall
- 250-300 lbs of pure MASS
- 8-12% bodyfat
At my height (5' 10 to 5'11) I need to be about 225 pounds lean-ish. I think we can get there
Lets get to it
Something about the fall, the cold weather, makes me want to EAT.
Feeling the cold air through an open window, whether it be indoors, or in a car. Seeing people walk outside in hoodies and pants, or even a scarf or beanie.
The scent of pumpkin spice, and the browning of the trees outside, signals to our circadian biology it is time to pack on size for the coming cold months.
By eating this pumpkin cookie, I am merely surrendering to my Human biology.

I have seen comments like this a few times
Simple solution: dont be a friggin creep
If you are a good-looking, well-mannered, normal person, you can walk up to a fit girl and say, "Your hamstrings look really good" or "your back is looking freaky!" and they will kindly say thank you, and it will not be awkward at all!
But if you are ugly, and weird, you could say the same thing, word for word, and make the woman uncomfortable and complain to the gym, and post about you online
If women get mad that feel uncomfortable because of you…that is 100% a skill issue
Replying to @user_mm_
I'm sure everyone is fine with whatever women wear in the gym. What they're not fine with is women getting upset, even offended, when guys they don't like look at them. Calling them creeps, recording them etc. If you wear hotpants and a bra in the gym people are gonna look.
Once you realize how many guys have severely underdeveloped rear delts, its impossible to not see it every day
My go-to's:
Upper Back Rows
- w/ elbows flared
Face Pulls
- pull role to hair
Reverse Cable Flies
- reach and touch the wall in front of you on eccentric, and reach out wide and touch the walls on either side of you on the concentric
Doesnt have to be anything crazy in my experience, just a few dedicated sets per week + making sure other pulling exercises are done well
On some of my "I ate 3-5k calories over maintenance woohoo" posts, I sometimes get people coming at me for:
- promoting unhealthy eating habits
- having no discipline
- asking for diabetes
- etc.
If anything, I like to think if it as a glimpse into a reality where not being 100% perfect/optimal/locked in all the time is - and you're not gonna believe this - totally fine!
Most of us are not pro bodybuilders or pro athletes, nor aspire to be. So why are we making the sacrifices to our lives as if we are?
Now of course: be healthy and do well most of the time. But don't be a dumb sad bastard locked in your own prison of perfection. Live a little!
I genuinely think the health and wellness space isn’t even cool anymore. It used to be cool to be in shape, eat healthy, and take care of yourself. But now, not everyone, but a lot of people have taken it to such an extreme that they’re afraid to go out, socialize, eat a slice of cake at their friend’s birthday, or drink a glass of wine to celebrate a win. When did taking care of yourself turn into isolating yourself from actually living? There’s nothing wrong with prioritizing your health, but when it becomes your entire personality and starts controlling every aspect of your life, it’s weird. Health should enhance your life, not become your whole life. You can be fit, eat well, and still go out, enjoy yourself, be spontaneous, and make memories. Being healthy should mean having a life you love, not being afraid to live one.
