The 9th Circuit ruled that Trump violated federal law by seizing control of the California National Guard, writing that his order “exceeded the President’s statutory authority." That's good news. We filed amicus brief in the case making similar points. nytimes.com/2026/10/24/us/ru…

If these files are missing, what else are they hiding? When we're in the majority, we will end the White House cover-up.

8 months of Trump’s illegal Iran war. 8 months of rising prices. 8 months of endangering our troops. 8 months of lies. Democrats have forced 14 votes to end this madness. Republicans have voted to keep it going every single time.

For eight months, American families have been buried by the heavy cost of Trump’s disastrous war in Iran.   Twenty-one servicemembers have died and hundreds more have been wounded. Prices are skyrocketing, and families are struggling to make ends meet. Meanwhile, Republicans continue to look the other way.   Democrats have given Republicans 14 chances to hold Trump accountable and end this reckless war. Republicans continue to refuse and ignore the cruel reality.     Trump and his ego led us into this war with no plan, no authority, and no exit strategy. Senate Democrats will continue to do everything in our power to end this disaster of a war and stop the costs, chaos, and corruption seeping from the White House.

Todd Blanche botched the Epstein cover-up, and he’s still not releasing the files. Survivors deserve answers. It’s time to get more aggressive, and that starts with winning the majority.

There have been zero public hearings on the Epstein case. When we take back Congress, we’re going to change that. Hundreds of millions of dollars moved through these banks. Who was paying for Epstein’s crimes? We will get to the truth.

For years, Corey Lewandowski used his connections to Trump to enrich himself. At DHS, he turned government access into a pay-to-play operation.  I'm glad the DOJ is finally investigating, but it’s too little too late. Trump’s DOJ has turned a blind eye to the corruption of this Administration.

The public, through its elected officials, has the right to evaluate whether individuals meet the qualifications and ethical standards for government positions. Jared Kushner and the Trump admin have denied us that right. That's unacceptable and illegal. ms.now/opinion/jared-kushner…

This is the latest in a series of serious allegations that Jared Kushner has been selling foreign policy to the highest bidder. He needs to answer these questions before the American people.
“In late spring 2020, a source I knew to be reliable called me with a story,” writes Matthew Cole. “The Dutch government had hacked into Jared Kushner’s phone and monitored him as he accessed a Dubai-based bank account. What was odd, the source said, was that the money in the account—hundreds of millions of dollars—had come from a bank in Azerbaijan. Most importantly, Kushner appeared to have transferred significant amounts of money from the Dubai account to other individuals, including a warlord, a mercenary and a one-time hit man. The story sounded preposterous, I told my source. And yet. Six months later, I found myself speaking with someone else about the UAE government and their use of mercenaries in conflicts around the Middle East and Africa when I asked, on a whim, whether they knew anything about Kushner and bank transfers from a UAE account. My acquaintance grew quiet. Then they replied, ‘Yes.’” Kushner’s lawyer denied the bank account existed. That’s great, Mr. Trump. I’d like to report a theft. A man inside our government illegally spent nearly $22 million in taxpayer dollars on bogus campaign ads praising himself. He now resides on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Taxpayers want to know when they’ll get their money back.
Trump announces "fraud whistleblower incentive program" -- "All Americans will now be able to go to fraud dot gov and report cases of corruption and theft of taxpayer dollars in their communities ... if you turn somebody in and you find $1 billion, we're giving a commission of 1%. That's a lot of money"
