@lyft @AskLyft inwas charged for leaving mud on a seat and was provided this photo. This is not mud and the ground is frozen. The driver is retaliating for me asking him not to talk on the phone while driving and your support won’t help! #lyftscam

Beware riders, @lyft has a track record of charging a damage fee for false damage. They will automatically charge you and no timely response from Customer Service... this happened in Lubbock, TX & seems to happen all over.

Be careful @lyft has drivers that will charge you a five dollar cancellation fee claiming you were not at the car in time. I was at Yard House! Check out these photos! Does it look like this driver was anywhere near me? #LyftScam

Please record your entire ride with @lyft to avoid surprises. We have been charged $80 damage for water damage when we did not have a drop of liquid with us in the car. The car was dirty and stinking when arrived, but had to take it to catch a flight. #lyftfraud #lyftdamagefee

Warning @lyft riders ** There appears to be an uptick in drivers filing fraudulent damage charges. I had to pay $150 for damages that I was completely unaware of at the time of my ride. This same driver made a similar claim 9 days before with another customer... (a thread)

Very disappointed @lyft I use your service 4 times a week at least 2 times a day, 6 years costumer, 5 stars, and you accuse me if something I didn’t do. I sent photos of my clothes, shoes, I was on a newborns shoot. It wasn’t raining. You didn’t care.
