@FlyingBrussels Utter shambles on colleague's booking online. Codeshare on Eurowings – Economy Smart. Had to cancel, within rights (24hr). 2 hours on phone to Brussels,(India), who insist it's 'STAFF TRAVEL' and can't do anything. Passed around and no one willing to help. 😡
