it's devastating when you realise the first scene is after the potential conception of aemond, she is clearly disgusted because she could not deny the 'king' when summoned. then years down the line, aemond does not understand consent/boundaries and breaches their relationship.
i hope what i say makes sense, it is evident when she says the hour is quite late when summoned, she does not get the option of consent because viserys called for her. later down the line, the child that was potentially conceived that night is the one not understanding consent.
